Located on the road to Tahanaout, our villa is a true refuge of tranquility nestled in the heart of a green estate. Here, we live to the rhythm of the Moroccan countryside: the silence is only interrupted by the wind in the olive trees and the discreet presence of the cats and chickens of the farm, which gives the place an authentic and lively charm. The living space The house has been designed for comfort and privacy. You will have two spacious living rooms decorated with zelliges and traditional lanterns for your moments of relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals, and we have at your disposal two coffee machines (bean/ground and capsule) for your breakfasts on the terrace. The sleeping area consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with a very quiet system to guarantee a good night's sleep, even in the middle of summer. One of them has its own private bathroom. The exterior The great asset of the villa remains its garden and swimming pool. The swimming is totally private and without any vis-à-vis, allowing you to enjoy the sun in complete freedom. For your meals or reading, a shaded pergola faces the garden, offering an ideal setting to unwind under the pure air of the countryside. Location and activities Although you are immersed in rural areas, the centre of Marrakech, its souks and famous gardens are only a 20-minute drive away. It is also the perfect location for those who want to explore the Atlas Mountains or hike to Toubkal. You will have full access to the property, including the garden, the swimming pool and a secure parking space.
