This Victorian home was built in 1897. Located in the center of the Third Street Shopping District, guests can spend their free time visiting the many unique stores that line the street. Popular local restaurants, pubs, and breweries are just a few short blocks away. Downtown Marquette is just 6 blocks south.

Completely renovated, the home offers a big living room, formal dining room and a full kitchen. The decorating is up-to-date and very pleasing. A front porch and enclosed sun porch are additional amenities. This beautiful space has ample room to sleep six making it perfect for families looking for affordable accommodations during their visit to Marquette.

Marquette is one of the premier biking destinations in the United States. The advent of Fat Tire biking has made the area’s incredible trails accessible all year round. All of our bikes are stored on site and are well maintained.
Your rental fee at Midtown Manor includes two bikes, locks and helmets for the duration of your stay. Additional bikes can be rented for $50 per day when available. To ensure availability, all bikes must be reserved when your lodging reservation is made.

Perfect birthday weekend stay

This house was perfect for our girls weekend in Marquette. The location is PERFECT being walking distance to all our favorites - Blackrocks, bodega, stuccos, crusin and so much more!! The house was super spacious and exactly like the photos. The back sunroom area was so nice for morning coffee with the windows open. The hosts were very kind and communicative. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Exactly what we needed

We loved being across from Contrast Coffee and being next to an allergen friendly bakery. It was a great location for shopping, and perfect for the convenience of getting where we needed for the wedding festivities, which was the purpose of our trip. We will definitely be rebooking when we have more time to just come up and enjoy Marquette. In addition, our hosts were amazing. They unblocked a weekend for us when the wedding date changed after booking, and worked their best to get us in early as check in was at the same time as the wedding rehearsal. Super pleased with this VRBO. :)

Great downtown stay!

Home was clean, cozy, and convenient to everything downtown! Close to breweries, plenty of food choices, beaches, and nearby hikes. Bikes were top notch too. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you for hosting such a fantastic place!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

The property was cute and perfect for what we needed! Everything was very clean and checkin and checkout were easy. The location is perfect for walking around and exploring Marquette - we will definitely stay here again if we come back!
