"Cosy, well-decorated, full of thoughtful touches like local gingerbread to have with your brews. Really wonderful place to escape to.
As the property runs on solars/generator in winter we had an issue with a power outage one evening when the generator didn't kick in properly, but we had somebody on-site to fix it and back up within half an hour."

"I wouldn't stay again. I rarely leave reviews up to this point but was left feeling like this 'apartment' is a room in a multi occupancy house and it felt a bit.....what's the right word......DHSS ish. I didn't use the communal kitchen as someone in there was, well a bit weird, looking disturbed. I just think I was looking for cheap and cheerful. It was cheap. "

"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great!
The bedroom was clean and tidy. The windows had all been opened beforehand to air out the house. Towels were provided for each person which was handy as my girls forgot theirs. The beds were quite hard but...
