Welcome to our stunning retreat nestled in the serene countryside of Ashley Heath, just a short drive from Market Drayton.

Situated near the Tri County borders of Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire, Acorn lodge is an ideal base to explore all these beautiful counties have to offer.

Perfect for families and friends, this enchanting property offers an array of luxurious amenities and ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

Property Highlights:

Hot Tub: Immerse yourself in the bubbling warmth of our outdoor hot tub under the starlit sky, offering a blissful sanctuary for relaxation and tranquility.

Gym: Not available at present - This is planned for the end of the year

Games Room with sofa and Pool/ Ping pong table and Nintendo Switch, bean bags with games for the kids and adults to play alike.

Balcony: Admire lovely views of the surrounding area from the comfort of our south-facing spacious balcony, the perfect spot for enjoying the sunshine and morning coffee or evening cocktails. A wind-out awning is available to enjoy the warmer weather without being in direct sunlight.

At night, can sit and stare at the stars or spot the Aurora which can sometimes be seen in winter.

Large Garden: Explore the expansive grounds surrounding the property, offering lush greenery and all types of flowering trees and shrubs with ample space for outdoor activities and leisurely strolls.

The garden comes alive with colourful flower displays in spring and summertime. A trampoline is available to be used by guests.

Patio with a fire pit table and wood fired BBQ / Pizza Oven to enjoy quality outdoor time with loved ones.

Secluded and Quiet Setting: Escape the hustle and bustle of city life in our secluded and peaceful setting, providing a serene retreat away from the stresses of everyday life.

Log Burner: Cosy up by the warmth of our log double sided log burner during chilly evenings, creating a welcoming ambience for intimate gatherings and relaxation.
Historic Charm: Immerse yourself in the rich history of our house, built in 1920, and experience a blend of timeless elegance and modern comfort. The property was originally a tea house for family visiting patients at the nearby Cheshire Joint Sanatorium and was one of the first houses to be built on the heath.

Pets are allowed, there is an additional charge of £20 per pet.

We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Coop Loggerheads just over a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute drive.

Guests will have full access to the all of the property.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
