"We were greeted warmly at check-in, by Amanda. reservation was made the night before after reviewing hotels in various online apps. We inadvertently booked the wrong room. Amanda was very gracious in changing the queen room to a king room. We were returning from an 8-day trip, and the bed was by far the most comfortable of the trip."

"Okay for the "nostalgia" feel- for one night. Breakfast was plain/carbohydrate city. Small area to eat in. Rooms were small but adequate. Two employees had poor water pressure in their rooms. Mine was fine. Parking is tight, especially if you have a pickup truck. Room to room sound was okay, but you could hear out in the parking area cars/voices, etc. Staff was okay."

"Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in. Room was clean and very quiet all night. Bed was extremely comfy. We were able to park right out near the front entrance. Breakfast in the morning was great. Lots of choices both hot and cold. Highly recommend. "

"We arrived late and the code they provided was erroneous. We finally got into our room and there were few amenities. A tiny bath gel that wouldn’t have gotten both my husband and I through the two days there and no lotion! More importantly, no staff onsite after 5 pm and apparently there is an on call person who gave us the right code but we didn’t know that the person was on call for all issues. My shower in the evening was lukewarm and I didn’t report it because I didn’t think anyone would fix...

"Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too. The hot tub was nice but might have had way too much chlorine in it. People’s eyes, and mine too, were burning from just sitting in it. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but basically the same every morning. Sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, bagels and other bread items like English muffins, cereal, juice, coffee. I didn’t care for the coffee. The in room powder coffee creamer packets were really old and snapped apart...

"Never have I stayed in a hotel that you could hear everything the people in the next room said until I stayed here. Which means if you’re a light sleeper, you’re not getting sleep. Worst sleep of my life, we were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after the first night and went somewhere else. The staff was great, the breakfast was great, the room was clean but holy cow put some work into your walls. Also, the pictures on Expedia are false about the hot tub - they do NOT have a hot tub...

It was a really good value for the price and I would stay there again if in the Springfield area.
