Villa Oleander is located in Marina, between Sibenik and Split. The airport is a 15-minute drive from the villa. The apartment is with a balcony and sea view. It has air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom, kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, bedroom and children's room, living room and kitchen area. The villa is very quiet and offers enough parking space for your car. We have provided a large grill fireplace for our guests and can always be used for nice barbecues. The beautiful (UNESCO) town of Trogir with many sights and gourmet restaurants is only seven kilometers away. From Trogir you can make beautiful trips to one of the countless islands with taxi boats, as well as boat tours. The sea is crystal clear and very warm. The people of Croatia are very hospitable and usually always in a good mood. We would be very happy to have you visit us.

Marina - ein damaltienischer Diamant

Nach Wechsel der Wohnung im 2. OG bei Buchung haben wir dann die Wohnung 5 bekommen. Sie war zweckmäßig für 3 Personen mit einem Schlafzimmer und einer Schlafcouch im Wohnraum. Vom Balkon hatte man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Marina, wo man schöne Sonnenaufgänge 🌄 genießen konnte. Für die in Kroatien oft sehr warmen bis heißen Tage gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die mit Zeitschaltuhr stündlich per Knopfdruck an der Wand neu zu starten ist. Der Induktionsherd ist nur mit dem dafür geeigneten Zubehör nutzbar. Die Spülmaschine ist ein Segen und ein guter Helfer. Der Pool im Garten ist eine gute Alternative zum Erfrischen, wenn man den gut fußläufig erreichbaren weißen Kiesstrand von Marina mal nicht besuchen möchte .

Nice but warm appartment

The appartment (flat 5) was very clean and had a great view on the cozy bay of Marina. However the flat is more for max 3 adults in stead of 4. The terrace had also just a table and chairs for 2 persons so if you book with 4 adults like us I would recommand another type of flat. Also just 1 airco in the living room, very hot in the bathroom and bedroom. I made a few recommondations to the owner to place a mobile airo or ventilators, hope they will do that. Pool was very clean. Overall a great stay!

Amazing Villa Oleander

What a fantastic apartment. Well equipped with all essentials. The pool is fabulous with enough sunbeds for all guests. The view from our top floor balcony was incredible. What a wonderful place - highly recommend.

Marina - a week

Lovely property and very fairly priced. Swimming pool great and a friendly, low-key atmosphere. Very close to the village, once we discovered the short-cut. Could do with more cupboard space for food (flat 5) and we only had one large bath towel, but lots of hand towels. A minor thing in an otherwise excellent accommodation. Thanks!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben 14 schöne Tage in Marina verbracht. Über den tollen Pool und die Klimaanlage waren wir sehr froh. Haus ist nahe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch fußläufig zum Meer (ca. 10 Minuten) gelegen. Es gibt die Möglichkeit gegen Bezahlung in Euro Wäsche zu waschen und auch ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.

Schönes Apartment mit einem Mangel

Das Apartment war sehr schön und gut gepflegt, man hat alles was man braucht und einen sehr schönes Ausblick, was uns gestört hat war das die Klimaanlage einen Timer hat und sich immer von selbst ausgeschaltet hat, was dazu geführt hat das es dort sehr heiß war als wir vom stand kamen und auch die Nacht war sehr heiß.

Wunderschöner Kroatien Urlaub

Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung liegt in einem hübschen, kleinen Ort. Man kannn alles wunderbar zu Fuß erledigen, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Gastronomie, Strand in Fußnähe. Wenn man einen ruhigen und gemütlichen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist das genau das richtige Örtchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in der Traum Villa Oleander

Die Villa Oleander ist der Traum für jaden Gast und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gepflegt und sauber und super ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sagenhaft,der bei den Temperaturen eine willkommene Abkühlung bietet. Marina ist ein Ort, in dem kein Auto von Nöten ist, da man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Meer ist glasklar und sehr schön. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen und kann die Villa nur empfehlen. Besonders geeignet für Familien mit Kinder, Paare jung und alt und Einzelpersonen. Danke noch einmal für den schönen Urlaub und an die Hausdame Viki, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Ganz liebe Grüße
