I don't enjoy complaining but feel it's important to let others know about our experience. They didn't seem to know about our booking through hotels.com. The listing had free Wi-Fi, fridge mini-bar, room service, airport shuttle. The empty fridge was switched off, there were two cups but no coffee nor facilities. Hotand cold water was available from the dispenser in the corridor. WiFi was not available because they needed to to up. We arrived late, maybe 11.30pm-12.00am and hadn't eaten. We were told we couldn't order food or drinks because it was too late. There are no places nearby to get food without a tricycle ride (no taxis here unless you get very, very lucky), so out of options. No local 24-hour delivery either. After we made a fuss, they brought us some food and a free bottle of wine which was nice. They brought a working Wi-Fi dongle late the following day. We were woken up around 10.00am with local breakfast. It was OK, but usually you get a chance to order or at least specify a time. After the fuss we made we found the fridge stocked and coffee sachets on day 2. There was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived - these were brought when the fridge was stocked. There is no airport shuttle, but they can book you an expensive taxi with special arrangements. I feel like they were unprepared for our stay, but this is their business and we expected certain things based on the listing that they just didn't have. You may have better luck, but be warned before you book.
