"部屋はホテル提供の写真の通りきれいな状態です。チェックインとチェックアウトの時だけフロントを通り、普段の出入りはアパートのエレベータで直接出入りができます。大型冷蔵庫とキッチンがあり長期滞在向き。ただし他の方のコメントにある通りカーテンがないので、暗くないと寝れない人は要注意ですね。近くにスーパーが3種類あり、食べ物屋さんもばっちり。鉄道駅もバス停もトラムもそろっているのでアクセスには困らないです。"

"Amazing serviced apartment with a great connectivity. The supermarket, tram, restaurants and underground are all super close by. The kitchen was equipped with pots and cutlery making cooking easy. The apartment building itself also had a washing machine and dryer, as well as an ironing board. Really comfy and elegant stay in Vienna, would absolutely do it again!"

"It was a lovely roomy apartment with everything we needed provided.The Apartment was larger than we were expecting which was a lovely surprise. It had two toilets, a very big bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, local restaurants and the underground station was across the road from the apartment so made it very easy to get around. It was a short walk through a park to the Schonbrunn Palace. If we went again would definitely book this apartment."

"The location is very good, close to a convenient business street with many supermarkets and restaurants,but the apartment itself is still very quiet. "Very clean and functional apartment. Well equipped with all amenities: Washer, dishwasher, A/C, fully equipped kitchen. Well located next to métro ‘Reumannplatz station’, just 2 stations from central train station of Vienna. Many boutiques, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Check-in was very easy. No key, just code for the main door and the apartment door. Highly recommended."

"If you have a car, it’s almost 50 Euros daily for parking & street is not an option (you’ll get fined). But the parking ramp is the steepest I’ve ever seen in any country: crazy! They was some oil on the top of the ramp and our rental with brand new tires couldn’t make it out of there. We had to bring sand! A/C shuts down at night: It is not available at night. Small Bedroom doesn’t even offer a fan. No windows can be opened. In summer, at night the place becomes a sweat box. I am on iron and am...

"No matter how many times I go there a year they never keep any details to help the lengthy check-in process. No way to do it online whether on their site or any link. The prices go up and the value goes down. You get less and less each year. But they have a kitchen and good location for me so I keep going back."

"百点満点のホテルでした。 旅行が好きで色々な地に赴いていますが、歴代トップクラスのホテルです。 滞在中、どれだけ快適に過ごせるかを重視していますが、まず、部屋が綺麗。 スタッフはいませんが、部屋の物を壊してしまうトラブルがありすぐに写真付きのメールを送りました。 翌日には返事があり、すぐに対応していただけました。 また、慌てているこちらの心情にも寄り添ってくださるとても温かいメッセージが届き、感激しました。 備品等についてですが、洗濯機や大きな食洗機もあり、家事も手間がかかりません。 塩、胡椒、オリーブオイル、タオル、食器用洗剤、洗濯洗剤（ジェルボール）、トイレットペーパー、ゴミ袋等が全て別室で自由に補充できました。 サービスに頼む煩わしさもなく、自由に過ごせて、とても過ごしやすかったです。 水道の水も冷たくて美味しい👍 立地も駅近で助かりました。 また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。 ありがとうございました。"
