Located in a quiet place, just a few minutes by car from all amenities, it offers you the perfect combination of peace and accessibility.



Relax in the impressive outdoor area, with a spacious 8m x 4m swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the sun. In addition to a barbecue area and wood-fired oven perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Large porch with a table for 10 people and a chill out area to relax.



Spacious interiors with a large living-dining room directly connected to the recently renovated kitchen. Five bedrooms will provide you with quality rest, 4 of them located on the ground floor and first floor. The bedroom on the first floor and two on the ground floor have an en-suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have two single beds each, and the remaining ones have a double bed each. Equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, satellite TV, and dishwasher, this house guarantees a worry-free experience.



Located in the charming and quiet village of Maria de la Salud, with easy access to supermarkets, typical restaurants and just 17 minutes by car from the spectacular Playa de Muro known for its white sand and crystal-clear waters.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und man hatte genügend Platz für die ganze Familie. Die Hausbesitzer waren super zuvorkommend, alles wurde sofort erledigt und der Kontakt war unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Haus nur vom Herzen weiterempfehlen.

my group of friends really liked it! The big table where we could enjoy our meals! Such a very private place that we liked-isolated just for us! Choices in the kitchen and cooking options. Laundry function! Thoughtful about the little things that are generally important The disturbing factor is the presence of sewage odor in the bathrooms!

Schöne Finca in etwas abgeschiedener Gegend

Schöne Finca, Lage ist zwar etwas abgeschieden, aber in 20-30 Minuten ist man am Strand (wenn man ein Mietauto hat )! Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sonst wunderschön mit dem Pool.

Fantastic house, for the big family, in the center of a small quietly nice village

The center of the house is the large, covered terrace, where all activity is going on, next to the pool, fantastic for families w children. The town has 5 marked tours around it, for an early morning walk in the beautiful landscapefor running. The beach is 15 minutes, drive away, near Alcudia. The Landlord and the Poolman is always ready to assist whatever matters, great service. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

Wow what an accomodation, looked even better than on pictures, all spotless, easy instructions to get in...children ( also us adults :) really enjoyed the pool which was cleaned regurarly..everything was clean and stylish.. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walking to either shopsrestaurants, quiet during days and nights which is perfect for families. Great bbq on site, even pizza wood oven which we ( unfortunately) didn't have time to try

Fantastic place to stay.

9 of us stayed here and the place was more than big enough. Amazing chill-out space outside, which is where we spent all of our time, along with a pool, and also a pomegranate tree! Everything was as stated and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was so nice It’s sad that the pump in the pool broke down You need to buy a new bed instead of the iron bed the little room And then some lid for the garbage box ( it stinks in the heat But overall a very nice experience

A fantastic holiday home

This was a brilliant, quiet base for exploring the island. We loved the design and features of the place, the pool and multiple seating options. The kitchen is of a high quality and the rooms are all different and comfortable. We required some extra blankets which were provided very quickly - communication was superb. A brilliant place to holiday. Only very minor things - the lighting in the kitchen was a bit too bright for socialising in the evenings (as it was a bit cold outside) - some lamps would have been great. Also the kitchen is missing a few items that would make it perfect - a grater, teaspoons (we bought and donated some), serving trays and bowls.

Vermietung und Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert wir aber repariert. Ausstattung Küche Messer Töpfe Schüsseln könnte besser sein. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum und der Ort Maria de Salut ist perfekt um dem Trubel der Insel etwas zu entkommen! Wenn man Abends zum Ortskern zum Essen geht, ist das Dorf versammelt und man wird von allen freundlich empfangen! Mallorca von seiner schönsten Seite! Einziger negativ Punkt, wofür die Unterkunft aber eigentlich nichts kann: Es kam öfter mal der Geruch der Kanalisation nach oben, aber das ist mir auf der ganzen Insel aufgefallen! Wir hatten durchgehend 33-38 grad und das Abwassersystem von Mallorca hat etwas zu kämpfen mit den Touristenmassen!

We have such a great time on this villa!! Totally recommend

The only wish is to make separate blankets on the beds. As it is not always comfortable to sleep under one blanket. Everything else was very pleasant. The area where the villa was located was perfect!! It takes an hour to go to all places (it's short and convenient), 15 minutes to the sea by car. The villa itself was equipped with everything you need, beautiful and clean. Once every 2-3 days they came to clean the pool and pick up garbage. Please note that there are no bathrooms in the two rooms. Thank you for this warm welcome. We will definitely come again!

Traumhafte Unterkunft mitten im Dorf

Wir haben mit zwei Familien eine Woche Herbstferien in dem Haus verbracht. Alles war perfekt! Das Haus und vor allem der Innenhof sind sehr großzügig. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten auf der überdachten Terrasse und Liegen rund um den Pool. Der Pool wurde mehrfach in der Woche gereinigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgte unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Wir wurden sogar mehrmals aktiv angeschrieben, ob alles okay ist. Herzlichen Dank an Paul! Es gibt 4 Bäder. Man muss beachten, dass 3 Bäder nur über das jeweilige Schlafzimmer zu erreichen sind, was aber als Familie(n) kein Problem war. Zwei Zimmer (mit Bad) sind nicht im Haus, sondern haben den Zugang über den Innenhof. Das fanden die großen Kinder natürlich super. Das Dorf ist sehr charmant. Die Bäckerei, ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein paar nette Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich auf dem Marktplatz gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und kommen gerne wieder! Da fällt mir gerade tatsächlich nichts ein :-)
