Loft on the water in the center of Compiegne

Spend an unforgettable moment in an atypical place, a floating house, bright and zen while being in the immediate vicinity of the city center of Compiègne.

The 140 m2 loft on the water has large living spaces, three bedrooms including a master suite with its bathroom and dressing room, a second bathroom, a large kitchen-dining room, of one
game room with table football, and a 20m2 terrace.

The loft consists on the ground floor of an entrance leading to a large living room, a kitchen and an open dining room, all bathed in light thanks to large bay windows directly overlooking the Oise.

Going down an industrial-style staircase, a games room with an old bar Stella football table awaits you.

The sleeping area is composed as follows:
- A master bedroom, with its dressing room and its bathroom (bath, shower, double sinks, toilets)
- A bedroom with a double bed with a dressing room.
- A bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
- A bathroom and a separate WC.

For kids:
A cot and a booster seat are on request at no additional cost. For the little ones we have provided a box of toys. As well as board games for the whole family or with friends.

The loft is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center of Compiegne with its restaurants, bars and shops.

The region is known for these castles and its abundant nature. Perfect if you want to take a short walk in the forest.

You can visit the castle of Compiegne with its park and the adjoining forest 15 minutes walk from the loft.

15 minutes by car there is the magnificent castle of Pierrefond and 25 minutes by car that of Chantilly.
Parc Astérix is ​​also 30 minutes by car from the loft. Disneyland Paris is 1h30 away.

Parking is easy on site, public transport is free in the agglomeration of Compiegne. You have the possibility to rent bikes in the many rentals in town.

The accommodation is non-smoking.

Be careful not to drop the keys in the water (a bracelet is present on the keychain to prevent them from falling). Any loss of key will be invoiced at a flat rate of €75.
