Loft de montaña soleado

Este espacio de estudio está fuera de lo común, pero solo a 5 min. a la bulliciosa aldea de Margaretville. Para los entusiastas del esquí y el snowboard, está a solo 20 minutos de las montañas Belleayre y Plattekill. Construido en 2015, este aprox. El estudio de 500 pies cuadrados es encantador y privado. Vistas estacionales del embalse, tiendas cercanas en pequeñas ciudades en Margaretville, Andes, Bovina Center, Roxbury y Delhi.

El estudio es ideal para una pareja e incluye una cocina modificada con nevera pequeña, microondas, tostadora, horno de convección tostadora, cafetera. Bonito baño con ducha.

Cama matrimonial y cama de día. Los pisos de corcho a lo largo agregan la calidez del espacio. Las luces regulables mejoran el ambiente acogedor.

A solo unos pasos de su puerta, cientos de acres de terrenos propiedad de la ciudad y rutas de senderismo estatales están a la espera de ser explorados. Espectaculares puestas de sol desde la ubicación del último piso del estudio.

Hay un camino privado de media milla hasta el destino y la tracción total se recomienda ALTAMENTE para las visitas de invierno. Bien vale la pena el viaje, sin embargo!

Weekend getaway

The Loft was a very pleasant experience. The scenery was great, and it was very comfortable with everything we needed. It was a very relaxing and peaceful environment, and we would definitely stay there again.

I had been booked here for 5 months. . 2 days before check in, i received detailed directions to property citing "hairpin" turns, very dark unlit sections, unpaved status and steep ascent requiring some aggressiveness to overcome. I have an older low profile small car. I have an extreme fear of this kind of road and trouble seeing at night. I wrote immediately to state I could not consider using this entry road and had to cancel. The host became quite condescending and insulting. Told me past reimbursement date. (I hadn't even asked for refund ). I answered his questions and i complained that in the 5 months i was booked this was not divulged. He knows this is a property drawback and never revealed it prior to cancellation date. The listing is deficient. His response to me was deplorable. Then his wife got involved and said "we called **** and they said we don't have to refund you". What unprofessional hosts.

Great getaway

Perfect Girls-Getaway

Sunny Loft was just as advertised! A friend and I decided to take a couple days to do some hiking and paddling in the Catskills. There were many trails to choose from nearby. We ended up paddling on Alder Lake, a small calm lake with an easy loop trail and harder trail up to a fire tower and got to some other trails and peaks as well. The loft had excellent WiFi that allowed us to get our directions and make our plans. There’s not much service otherwise. The loft was just right for the two of us. Brian gave excellent directions to get there and the space was so welcoming. The property was full of beautiful flowers, a grill (that we didn’t get around to using), outdoor seating and a cute spot for a gas campfire. It was perfect for reading and coffee in the morning too! The space inside was just as nice. We appreciated the coffee and local milk, as well as bedding, linens, etc. It was great not to have to pack those things. We brought our food with us. The fridge, toaster oven, microwave and two burner hot plate worked great. Brian was exceptional with communication. In the welcome folder with all kinds of great information, he mentioned that it would be a good thing to let him know if we were headed out into the wilderness for safety- as there’s no real cell service around. We appreciated that someone was looking out for us. I would highly recommend the Sunny Loft and look forward to visiting again.

Perfect Catskills Getaway

Often guesthouses are shoved in the back of a property, seemingly as an afterthought, without a view and shabbily furnished. Not here! The 360 degrees views are stunning, the unit modern with a touch of farmhouse charm and perfect for a long-weekend getaway in the Catskills. Don’t miss it.

Perfect place for a getaway in the Catskills

Brian & Carmel have a lovely place in Catskills on a remote mountain/hill. It's perfectly located to get to the main hiking trails. The loft has all the amenities you need. We definitely recommend this place, in the fall the coloring of trees is amazing!

Loved it here!

This place was awesome! It had everything you would need and more! It’s beautiful! It had a nice big open space to hang out and chill. At night it was nice to grab a drink and go outside and stare at the stars. The hosts Brian and Carmel are very welcoming and will help you with anything you need, even with ideas for a day out on the town! They care about their guests and it shows. The view of the Catskills is amazing. I spent a lot of time venturing out, but it was so nice to have this place to come home to after a long day. Just book it - you won’t be sorry!
