Vaquero Vibes is a place to gather with friends & loved ones. Enjoy drinks with tourists and locals at our central communal covered bar. Dance and have a good time under the stars. When it's time for sleep, walk the twenty steps home. When you book the Entire Place you will have access to four private rentals with a total of 16 sleeping arrangements. The central bar is inside the compound and is open to the public. Ask us about reserving the bar for your private event.

LOCATION:
This property is just across the bridge off the main drag on the North East side of town. The address is 1007 E Oak St. When you drive up to B Street, turn left and the parking area is on the right side.

PROPERTY:
This entire property is made up of four private rentals. Each rental has two full size beds making a total of 16 sleeping arrangements. Each unit is private and outdoor space is communal. In the center of the compound is a BAR. The bar can be loud! Please consider when booking. When you book the entire property the bar will remain open to the public.

UNIT UNO, DOS, TRES, QUATRO:
Each of these units sleeps up to four (4 guests) total inside a lofted studio space with one bathroom.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The sleeping arrangements include two FULL size beds, one in the main studio space and one in the loft. If you are booking with 3-4 guests in your party, 1-2 guests will need to be able to climb very tall heights which can be extremely dangerous for small children. Please only book if you are comfortable with this. There is a small area with luggage rack and full length body mirror.

KITCHENETTE:
Each space is equipped with kitchenette, high top seating for two, microwave, and sink. Each kitchenette has two electric burners for cooking. Enjoy sitting outside on private front porch.

BATH:
Each unit has one bathroom with toilet, sink and spacious walk-in shower.

WIFI:
Wifi works great for streaming and work calls.

TV:
At this time we do not provide TV, however, you can bring your own devices for streaming movies on your favorite networks.

The outside TV is available for use. We encourage you to put down your electronics and enjoy some outdoor time!

ESSENTIALS:
All basic essentials and more are provided. You can expect clean sheets upon arrival, fresh towels and hot water. Hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, sugar and creamers are also available. Each unit is provided enough items for stay. Dishware, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans.

AMENITIES:
Each unit has WiFi, one blow dryer, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge without freezer, microwave, two burner stove and light-up vanity body mirror. We do not provide irons, but you may request one.

OUTDOORS:
Each unit has its own private front porch with seating. Enjoy shaded drinks, a good book or lounge with a good book.

PETS:
We do allow pets with additional cleaning fee. All pets must be added to the reservation under "Guest Total" where a cleaning fee will automatically be added.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We follow a "moderate cancellation policy".

CHECKIN/OUT:
Checkin starts at 3PM. Early checkins are not a guarantee. Please request in advance before entering property early. Checkout is 11AM. Please request late checkouts.

PARKING:
Free parking outside of gate. Parking is shared with bar patrons although we do have designated guest parking near entrance, but it is not guaranteed. We will always assist when needed!

NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.
There are stairs that lead up to the loft.


This property is inside a gated area which includes a lively bar serving beer, wine and loud music. Dance with friends and meet new ones. Vaquero Vibes is a place to gather with old friends and new.
