The space
Comfortable and cozy two-story house with a boho chic design, ideal for enjoying a relaxing vacation near the beach. Its spacious and warm rooms combine natural rattan and parota wood furniture to give you an authentic beach house experience with style and comfort.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay, and a laundry room with a washer. The master bedroom has a private full bathroom, while the other two rooms share an additional full bathroom. In addition, it has 4 single beds and 2 double beds, ideal for families or groups.

The private backyard, with a bohemian style, is designed for enjoying moments of tranquility, togetherness and relaxation outdoors. There is also a private garage for 2 cars.

Located within a private gated community with a closed circuit system and security cameras in common areas, it offers a safe and family-friendly environment. The beautiful Clubhouse has a swimming pool and a grill area so you can enjoy your stay even more.

The location is excellent: very close to the beautiful beaches of Nuevo Vallarta, famous for their bright sand and calm sea, ideal to enjoy as a family. Only 15 minutes from Bucerías, 30 minutes from La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Sayulita, approximately 30 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta Airport, and 45 minutes from the pier.
