Immaculate 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath home exquisitely renovated with long water views situated in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Factory Bay on the Marco River, Keewaydin Island, and the Gulf of Mexico. Exceptional boating location with several restaurants minutes away including The Speakeasy, CJ's, Mango's, Jack's Lookout, Dolphin Tiki, and the iconic Snook Inn.

The home boasts a spacious open floor plan remodeled throughout including a new kitchen featuring custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Other features include a 75" 4k TV and tile flooring in the main living areas, huge sliding door wall opening to the beautiful screened-in lanai from the living room with additional sliders from the kitchen, breakfast nook, master and secondary king bedroom which makes the home light and bright.

The lanai boasts a heated swimming pool with a spa, tanning deck, lounge seating with a new 55" 4k TV, and plenty of areas for entertaining, dining, relaxing, and breathtaking water views.

The master bedroom features sliding doors for easy pool access, a master bath with porcelain inlaid tiles, a water closet, a soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in shower.

There are three additional guest rooms (two with king beds, one with two twin beds plus trundle) and two full baths for your guests' privacy.

Along with a brand new dock, the home includes 2 kayaks, adult and kid bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beach wagon, and numerous pool toys for your family's enjoyment.

Wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood. Thoughtful layout with a great pool and a warm, refreshing jetted spa (not a hot tub in that sense). We vacationed with our two adult kids and everyone had their own bedroom and own bathroom in this clean, modern property. Short drive to Tigertail beach. Canal-front w easy access to inter-coastal. This is an easy property to recommend.

Wonderful property! We had the best time and will look to return. Jeff was super responsive the few times we needed to reach out. Loved having our boat right outside the lanai and the route to sandbars and the gulf via is a beautiful 10 min ride. Loved the bikes and the huge sidewalks throughout the island made daily bike rides safe and enjoyable. House was super clean and enough space for 2 families with teenagers.

Absolutely perfect!

Jeff’s house is absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked into the door with the view thru the pool area to the canal was breathtaking. House was spotless and well equipped. We were a family of 8 (wife & I), son/daughter in law w/2kids and son/girlfriend. We had plenty of room and there was ample space for everyone. 10 min boat ride to open water. Close to everything in a vehicle. Jeff was readily available via text or phone call. Will rent again. Thanks Jeff!

Wonderful!

We had a blast staying at Marco Magic. The house had everything we needed and even things we didn’t know we needed, like fishing poles, kayaks, and pool basketball. The outdoor space is the perfect place to relax by the pool watching the game on the outdoor tv. The dock was perfect for fishing, sun bathing and watching the dolphins, manatees, and stingrays. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs. The house was one of the cleanest we’ve seen, with comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone. My teens loved the huge tv in the living room and the large leather sectional sofa with reclining ends. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy a movie together. Location is on a quiet cul da sac yet near everything; just a short drive to Tigertail Beach, shopping and restaurants. A great place to stay!

Terrific rental

This is not the fanciest house on Marco, but if you are looking for a perfectly nice house to rent at a reasonable rate, this is it! And the owner is terrific - very quick to respond and always helpful with any issues. We love the location - can walk to the grocery store, the post office, the Farmer's Market, and a few restaurants. And if you don't feel like walking - you can sit on the lanai and read and book or swim in the pool, and enjoy the water views. Very relaxing.

Perfect location and wonderful house for family

This is our third or fourth time renting this house in Marco! We keep returning to this wonderful house that is perfect for our family. Our host, Jeff, is awesome and ready to help make sure you have a great stay. We love the pool, especially the water toys and pool basketball. We had a treat this time with visits from two dolphins and a manatee right in front of the dock. The location is ideal and quiet, with easy access to the beach, grocery stores, and everything on Marco. The house is well-equipped, and the kids especially loved the limitless ice machine for all their drinks.

Great Place in Great Location

The house is in a great location and located at the end of one of the canals. Easy access to grocery stores, shopping and dining. The house was clean and as advertised. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. Pool setup is great with nice furnishings. Lots of privacy. A great place overall for families and adults.

We had a fabulous family reunion. The house was perfect, Marco Island is lovely. We enjoyed the house, the canals, the beach, the nature in southern Florida, wonderful restaurants, and the ability to cook family meals in a kitchen that is meant to be cooked in.

Marco Wedding

We were in Marco for a wedding and we needed a home to accommodate our family of all ages (21-90). The house was perfect for what we needed! Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the couches were very comfortable and the pool area was perfect to relax in. Jeff was very responsive and easy to work with.
