Gorgeous 7th Floor Front Beach Unit Views with a wraparound balcony, Incredible SUN sets.

The minute you walk in the door you will be at home, engulfed in the wall of windows with endless views of the gulf of Mexico. beach living right out the door. The Condo has comfortable furnishings throughout, a fully equipped modern kitchen. Our remodeled and updated Condo in Tower 3 of the Gated South Seas Northwest Complex is on the 7th Floor. AMAZING beach and water views from the entry, dining and living room, and both bedrooms. All rooms have a TV with cable and Internet. Beach Cart with chairs, umbrella, cooler & beach towels. .

Dine out in the many nearby on-island restaurants that range from beach casual to fine dining and everything in between. The beach starts just a short walk beyond the resort pool and continues for miles and provides amazing shelling, strolling along the water, and timeless relaxation. The gated community complex is complete with large pool, workout facility, bocce, pickle ball and tennis courts. Docks with boat slips available for weekly & monthly rentals. Bike Rentals too.

You will receive a welcome packet & set of keys a few days before your trip that will have detailed directions for checking in and information about the Condo, Complex and the Island.

Renter Contract and $750 Security Deposit Required to Owner

No Children under the age of 12.

The primary Guest must be 25 or older.

NO Smoking or Vaping is Not allowed in or around the property. NO Pets are allowed.

Guests will need to register with South Seas Tower upon check-in. They will be charged a onetime $100 parking/registration fee.

Great views

The property was very clean. The owner was extremely detailed and helpful. He checked in with us several times during our stay. We were located on the 7th floor and the people above us were noisy. The beach is wide and it is a hike to the ocean.

Incredible Stay

Can't say enough about 711. We chose to stay at the unit because of the pictures that we found online with the listing. The in-person experience did not disappoint. The unit was clean and modern. The experience with the owners was fantastic. They took care of everything and made the experience really enjoyable. We did not have any problems but felt very comfortable that the owners would take care of them if we did. Walked the beach every morning, spent the afternoons at the pool, enjoyed dinner at one of the many outstanding restaurants in Marco, and came back to watch the gorgeous sunset on the balcony. You will enjoy 711 at the South Seas Tower in Marco Island.

Great Stay

This condo was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The owner was helpful and accommodating. Views are beautiful. As you can see in the pictures, it is a long walk to the beach. There is a cart and all the beach supplies in the condo.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Only drawback: far from the beach ( about 20 min walk with chairs, etc, so don’t forget anything)

Great place to stay on Marco Island!

Spent the week here with my 4– person family...beautiful condo, comfortable furniture and beds, well-stocked kitchen and a gorgeous view of the Gulf. A great view of the water from every room in the condo and large corner terrace. Owner has thought of everything ....beach chairs, umbrella, cart, towels, and lots of small details that make you feel at home. There is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach because the white sand beach is expansive. Dave was responsive and communicative. Overall highly recommend !

This property checked all the boxes for our family getaway! We enjoyed a great condo in a great location with ease and full accommodations from David and Joanna! We loved the spectacular oceanfront beach views and access as well as the benefit of walking and biking to local restaurants and shopping on the island! 5 stars all the way!
