Enjoy amazing sunset views from the terrace of this 5th floor beachfront condominium at South Seas Tower Four. Relax on the terrace in the comfortable lounge chairs.

This newly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront condo offers many updates! The kitchen features custom cabinetry and granite countertops. Both bathrooms enjoy granite vanities and the master bathroom features a beautifully-designed walk-in shower. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and the guest has two twin beds; there is also a sleeper sofa to accommodate two additional guests. There are also three TVs and a DVD player for the ultimate in digital entertainment. A great vacation rental.

South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100.00 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)

Whether you choose a leisurely vacation, or an adventure packed one, there are a multitude of activities with walking distance. At Tigertail Beach, climb the observation tower for some of the best birding in Southwest Florida. Or go fishing, rent a kayak or paddleboard to explore the tidal lagoon that separates Tigertail Beach from Sand Dollar Spit's narrow and unspoiled Gulf front beach. There is a concession stand that offers beach equipment rentals, food and drinks and a playground also.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

We had a wonderful time . Great weather, perfect location, and condo well equipped for the most part. Had a roll away in closet, which was helpful. Not many pots and pans, but we made due. Plenty of comfortable seating and nicely updated unit, however could have been cleaner on arrival. Found things under all beds that should have been found and removed.

Good apartment good conditions and good views

Is a good choice to stay for a week or more, have what you need to keep in confort maybe they need to add other tv in family area with bigger screen also more small appliances in kitchen

Beach is a long walk. Condo was outdated but nice. the master bed was not so good and didn't have a fresh feel to it. The 2nd bedroom with 2 twins was pretty good.

Good location and clean!

The condo was clean, kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking necessities. The view from the balcony is beautiful and was what we expected from the pictures. The white sandy beach is beautiful! Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided but it is a long walk to the beach. A cart and small cooler would’ve been helpful. Great location. There are restaurants within walking distance which is nice. We walked to breakfast and dinner. Grocery stores are only a couple miles away. I had to buy washcloths. There were only 3 washcloths provided for 5 of us for the week. It did have a roll away which we didn’t expect but was pleasantly surprised.
