Very clean and spacious condo with gorgeous views of one of the bays of Marco Island. We loved walking to dinner at night and watching the sea life and boats in the harbor. It’s a very secure and safety conscious location. Some difficulty navigating the property as it was 3 seperate building on top of restaraunts and shops but that was mostly user error. Would definitely recommend and go again if we ever are in the area again.

Marco Island condo

Beautiful view, and very convenient parking with assigned spot in adjacent garage. The rental agency permits parking in its lot until 4 PM for access to the beach, which was crucial for us since the public lots filled up early during our stay. Location is right in the Esplanade so easy to walk to the restaurants there. Condo was clean and consistent with the pictures.

Another great stay at this beautiful condo. Perfect location and everything is included, except food and wine. This is our third time staying here and we would love to come back again and again.

We really enjoyed the Esplanade. It’s great having the bar, restaurants, and pool right on the property. The condo was just as advertised. Great view of the Marina.

Great place

Great place, close to shops and restaurant. Our friends own a place in the same complex so it made it very convenient. We rented house before on Marco a few times but this was our first condo and would do it again. The place was very spacious, view was amazing, plenty of dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags. Dishwasher soap, laundry detergent. I mention that because most places you get a day supply of stuff and have to go shopping for it the next day. A couple microscopic issues, there isn’t a light on the patio. We like to hang out at night out there and play cards. Used candles but still not enough light. And then there isn’t a smart tv in the unit. We like to watch Netflix, Prime, etc on our down time . we made do with cable but I believe these days most people us some kind of steam service they sign into and watch their shows. Over all I still give it 5 stars and would rent there again.

Can't wait to come back...

From the moment my husband and I entered your home, we felt right at home. As pictured, the decor was absolutely stunning and was exceptionally clean. Every amenity that we needed was there. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the linens were luxurious. We cooked in most nights, after getting fresh fish at Kirk's on Goodland and we would have dinner on the lanai, watching the sunset. We loved watching the boats and yachts coming and going. We can't wait to come back. Would love to rent over the winter!! Thank you for opening up your home to us :)
