Split floor plan with Main living area and den. Large kitchen with upgraded appliances. High speed Internet included.
Master bedroom features a King size bed and luxurious en-suite bath. Guest bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed. The second Guest bedroom offers two Twin bed sets. Guest bath has a tub/shower combination.
Spacious lanai with sparkling pool. Dock but no boat lift. Pools are heated to 86

A wonderful house with a great location. Easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Careful with food on the counters, there are ants but owner came immediately to remedy.

Property was great except ants but Florida in the summer what are you going to do about that. Key wasn’t available at time stated had to wait but management gave us two additional hours to check out!

Very relaxing and close to everything

The house is very close to the beach. The pool was great and we enjoyed fishing from the dock. The kitchen is nice and the living space is large for a group of multiple people. It’s worth noting, if you have anyone in your group that struggles with stairs, the house does not have handrails on the stairs to the front of the house or the stairs to the pool. The stairs are manageable, was just a little uncomfortable.

Fantastic property!

We've been coming to Marco for over 25 years so know the island quite well and this property is in the absolute ideal location! We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and public access to the beach. The house itself was extremely clean and accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. We would definitely come back to this property!

Great House and Location

Wonderful time in Marco. This house was perfect for what we needed. We came in town for conference taking place at the JW Marriott. This house was very convenient to the hotel and it was great having some privacy during our stay.

Another excellent Marco island trip

Our stay was great as usual. We love and are very familiar with Marco Island. We have been going there over 15 years now. This home is in a perfect location. It’s a block and a half from multiple restaurants, movie theater, ice cream shop and more. The beach is two blocks away. The house is spacious, the pool is bigger than I expected. Clean, all the amenities and then some. No complaints, even saw dolphins in the canal outside the house.

Great week on Marco Island!

This property was great! Plenty of room for our family of five adults. Walking distance to mini-golf, restaurants, and the beach. Loved the set up of the outdoor space as well. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful place, short walk to beach

Loved our stay here. Close to restaurants, ice cream and beach. Beach is crowded due to all the beac front condo,. Having a pool to relax at in the middle of the day was great.

Wonderful Home!

This is a wonderful home for a family interested in spending time in Marco. The home is three blocks from a beautiful beach. There are beach chairs, towels, a wagon and toys to play with. Our kids loved splashing in the pool and riding bikes around town. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed evenings on the patio. The management company was attentive and easy to work with. We will absolutely be back! This is a comfortable and beautiful property!
