Enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Marco Island's creasant beach from this two-bedroom, two bath condominium on the 16th floor of South Seas Tower 4. The living room features a large sectional sofa and flat screen TV. Retreat to the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and flat-screen TV and the guest bedroom has twin-sized beds. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TV's.

The kitchen is a chef's delight with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats four. The master bedroom offers a tub and shower and the guest bedroom offers a glass and tile walk-in shower. Relax and rejuvenate on the balcony on comfortable lounge chairs and a beverage while watching the sunset over the Gulf. Find in the condominium closet beach chairs, beach towels, for a great day at the beach.

South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)

Just a short walk from the condo is Tigertail Beach. Amenities included a picnic area, playground, and concession stand offering beach equipment rentals, food, and drinks. Go fishing, rent a kayak, or paddleboard to explore the tidal lagoon that separates Tigertail Beach from Sand Dollar Spit's narrow and unspoiled Gulf front beach.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Beautiful location in a beautiful town

My family and I had an amazing time in this city and at this property. Definitely recommend. Condo unit was updated and felt modern. No complaints.

The property looked nice, but in fact, it was cheap in all respects. The beds were atrocious. The drapes all, but covered the windows and were shabby and dirty. I would never stay there again, especially if I wanted a good nights sleep.

Great Location and View

The view of the gulf and the location to the beach was great. The pool was enjoyable and relaxing. The condo was clean and comfortable. The internet was a problem as it was slow and unreliable.

Needs work!

The Kitchen was updated but some of the outlets do not work, coffee maker didn't work, icemaker didn't work and I wouldn't call what they offered as a blender a real blender. If you're in the middle bedroom the TV from the living room and the master bedroom can be hear loudly through the thin walls. The bathrooms are dark with dim lighting, only a total of 4 wash clothes for the week. I do not go on vacation to do laundry. The place needs to be update! I called Remax to report the icemaker and coffeemaker the lady told me she would call me back, I had to call her back and was told to come get a coffee maker from the Remax office and they were aware of the icemaker being broke and apparently have no plan to fix it. I was given a sheet of paper stating that the parking fee was $50 and I was charged $100, when I complained to Remax they thanked me for letting them know THEIR paperwork was wrong, did not offer to get me the $50 back. The pool area was nice, had a pool employee with a loud voice walking around all day chatting it up with people and threatening to remove your towels in 30 minutes if you weren't back in your chair. It's great that she was friendly, but she could have done it a little quieter, some people like peace and quit. There is no food or beverages for sale in the pool area, seems like they could make a lot of money if they added a bar with food and drinks. Our first time to Marco Island, loved the island and the people were very friendly. I would return but not in this condo.

Excellent vacations!!

We rented 2 apartments for the whole family and both apartments were very nice and accommodating. These apartments have everything you need from beach supplies to kitchen supplies and much more. It has a laundry room right next door and I was able to wash the towels we used throughout the week. The master room has a queen size bed which I failed to notice but it was ok. We had construction all week in the building from 8am but that’s something the rental office or owner could control but other than that we had an amazing time. The pool relaxing and the beach with beautiful sunsets! I definitely recommend this location for some enjoyable vacations!
