This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
Discover this beautifully remodeled corner unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in South Seas, boasting a spacious, private balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, television, and a view of the pool area, while the guest bedroom offers a queen and twin bed, also with a television.
Both bathrooms are fitted with showers that have grab bars, and one includes a tub. Enjoy the large flat-screen TV in the living room. This unit is tiled throughout and comes with linens, towels, and beach chairs. South Seas offers a variety of amenities, including a new fitness room in tower 3, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, and boat dock rentals.
Exit Clean may increase according to length of stay.
Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00.
Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
