Located in South Seas Tower 3, 18th floor, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom, recently updated beachfront condo with balcony offers views of Marco Island's crescent beach. The kitchen boasts of granite countertops, to custom flooring, cabinets, and lighting.

The living room features a large flat-screen TV, and ample comfortable seating for guests. Both bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed. The master has a custom bathroom and huge walk-in closet.

The unit provides a beach cart, umbrella, towels and chairs to make for a perfect beach vacation! If you are traveling with little ones this unit has a stroller, pack n play and high chair. A mom's dream came true! There are plenty of beach/pool noodles, beach buckets and shovels to use as well. Travel light as this unit is perfect for a family's stay.

South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)

Whether you choose a leisurely vacation, or an adventure packed one, there are a multitude of activities with walking distance. At Tigertail Beach, climb the observation tower for some of the best birding in Southwest Florida. Or go fishing, rent a kayak or paddleboard to explore the tidal lagoon that separates Tigertail Beach from Sand Dollar Spit's narrow and unspoiled Gulf front beach. There is a concession stand that offers beach equipment rentals, food and drinks and a playground also.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
