"Welcome to 790 Amber Drive! Our spacious, super clean, 3BR, 2BA home with private west-facing heated saltwater pool is just a 10 minute walk to either of two awesome public beach access points: South Beach path or Marriott Crystal Shores beach path. Restaurants and shopping at Marco Walk Plaza are even closer.
High ceilings provide an airy feeling throughout the common spaces. A family room with 55” TV and comfortable leather sectional sofa adjoins the spacious well-equipped kitchen with both Keurig and Mr. Coffee machines. Highchair, Booster and Pack n’ Play for small children. The inviting foyer and living room with leather swivel chair conversation grouping leads to a luxurious dining room that provides a quiet place to enjoy evening meals together.
The newly resurfaced pool screened in area provides a peaceful place for early-risers to enjoy the morning air, as well as a place to relax and cool off after a hot day at the beach. An outdoor shower allows rinsing off before or after your swim.
The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet, wall-mounted 40” TV and access to the pool deck. The master bathroom features a dual vanity, oversized shower, and large soaking tub.
On the other side of the home, a queen bedroom with 40" TV for streaming and twin bedroom with 40” TV for streaming, share a second bathroom. Second and third bedroom mattresses were replaced on 3/2024. This bathroom has an exterior door to the pool deck, making it a good place to change out of your wet suit. There is an inflatable mattress with bedding for a 7th person.
You will find beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and toys in the garage. A wagon makes carrying all your things to and from the beach a breeze!" Two adult bikes and 2 adjustable folding bikes are available.
There are 2 cameras outside the house for deliveries and maintenance reason. One Nest door bell camera and one garage camera facing outward.

The home is clean and welcoming. The host even had some household products that made our stay easier like sponges, dish soap, trash bags, and sunblock. Location was great. It was a short ten minute walk to the beach and if your are lucky you can see burrowing owls along the way. The pool was great. My kiddos loved playing in it. We really enjoyed Marco Island and specifically starting at this home.

Fantastic Home in South Marco Island

We had the best stay in this roomy and convienient home close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Our family enjoyed all the amenities, especially the salt water heated pool. Highly recommended for a high quality vacation.

Great short stay

Very clean home. Nicely decorated with a very well stocked kitchen- more dishes, glasses, and silverware than any VRBO we have stayed in. Warm and clean pool. Larry’s communication was excellent. Excellent location, walking distance to beach and great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

Perfect First Trip to Marco

This house was just right for my family's first vacation in Marco Island. The location was great, close to beach and shops and restaurants. Kitchen and grill were great for cooking at home too! Pool was a wonderful amenity we utilized daily also.

My family of 5 had a great time on Marco Island. Larry was very responsive to any questions I had. The property was exactly as described plus the location was on a very quiet street just a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely rent here again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the house over a long weekend. The house was well stocked, really clean, with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool and eating our meals at the table by the pool. Check in was super easy and the host was very communicative. We came to celebrate my aunt’s 70th birthday and she loves champagne- there were enough champagne flutes at the house for all of us, which was the icing on the cake!

Perfect place for a vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay on Marco Island. This house is so comfortable, close enough to the beach, restaurants and shops, but on a quiet street. There are three bedrooms, with the main bedroom on the opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable and with the a/c and ceiling fans in each room, the house stays a good temperature. The kitchen is a nice open space and fully stocked if you choose to cook or if you wish to dine out there are numerous restaurants in walking distance from the house. We enjoyed walking to the beach daily using the wagon, chairs and umbrellas provided in the garage. The walk to the beach took us about 10 minutes. We stayed during spring break so the beach was pretty full, but there was always space for us to find to put up the umbrella and chairs before swimming in the gulf. And, if you choose to use the pool, the lanai and pool area of the house are wonderful too with a plenty of space to sit and sun or sit in the shade and read or play a game while drying off after swimming. We would absolutely love to return to this house in the future for another stay. The owner is very quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns.

Amazing Property - Highly Recommend

Book this place and you will love it! The host is very responsive to questions, etc. The house is a 10-15 minute walk to South Public Beach access and a 10-15 minute walk to the plaza area that has many great restaurants and shops. The house itself is gorgeous and has all the amenities you could ask for on vacation. There are so many different items for the beach from chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, toys, etc. The beds were very comfortable for everyone and the house has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other (we had 6 total with 4 being teenagers). Again highly recommend booking this property.

Awesome location and convenience at the southern end of Marco!!

Very clean house, great layout and awesome location. Strongly recommend as easy walk, bike or ride to several beach access points, restaurants, mini golf and several attractions.

Excellent!!

This was a very lovely, clean, quiet home away from home Vrbo. We enjoyed the peace and privacy this home had to offer. It was so well stocked from the kitchen to the high quality linens and towels.So nice to be able to walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Very nice quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay and will be back!

Wonderful winter getaway

Our family of 6 ladies from Minnesota came to Florida for some sun and warm temperatures and we got both. We especially liked our eco tours in the area and had a great encounter with the dolphins. The house was a wonderful place for our family to stay and we made meals in the well equipped kitchen. Our favorite place was the pool. It was nice to use the equipment in the garage when visiting the beach. Thanks for a great time.

Great location

I stayed here with my parents, wife and newborn and this house/location was perfect. Overall very clean, bedrooms spread out, fully stocked kitchen, nice secluded pool, and a beach wagon with plenty of toys and beach chairs. Having 2 public beach access options a short walk away was also nice. We also appreciated the restaurant guide provide by the host. Thanks.

Great family getaway

This home was perfect for our family. What’s not to LOVE?? We were able to hang out together inside and out and reconnect! The house was spotless with beautiful decor. The beds had quality linens and were very comfy. The pool is spectacular. We had lunch outside around it as well as our nightcap. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook a few meals with plenty of restaurants nearby when we didn’t want to cook. Our daily walks on the beach to collect shells and rocks were memorable. We even caught a spectacular sunset at the beach- now, that’s a wow! Lynn is a great host- sending us links to some really cool things to do on the island and suggestions on where to eat. We’ll be back next year to explore some more.
