Boaters will love the private dock, while families will appreciate being just one block from Mackel Park’s large playground & recreation area. Free daytime beach access parking across from beach. Inside, the home is bright, clean & thoughtfully furnished with comfortable sleeping for 6 with king suite, a queen bedroom , and 2 extra-long twin beds-perfect for groups or families. A dedicated workspace with desk & printer makes remote work easy & convenient.

We had a great stay. We truly felt like we were invited into someone's home and not just renting a listing. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and it had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the high quality and comfortable furnishings. Also, the pool and deck were great locations to relax and enjoy the warm weather.

Perfect house family vacation beautiful sunsets

The check-in process was extremely simple — we just had to pick up the keys at another location about a 3-minute drive away. The house is even more beautiful than the photos suggest! The rooms are spacious, the ceilings are very high, and everything was spotless. The pool is large and very comfortable.The dock is perfect for watching sunsets, and the house is ideally oriented to enjoy them every evening. We highly recommend this place 100%!Also, the rental company’s office where you can patk is located right on the main street, just a one-minute walk from the house and the beach — the location truly couldn’t be better.

Great second stay!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this home. We love the location on a quiet cul de sac and on a canal. The screened in porch and pool area is great for hanging out and grilling while watching the kids swim or fish from the dock. There is everything you could need to cook at home or head to the beach. Very comfy bed and bedding. Great time!

Better than the pics!

We really enjoyed our vacation! The house was even nicer than pictured. Loved that some extra conveniences were include like spice, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. It really felt like home.

GOOD

This was the second time staying in the property the first time it was amazing but this time there were a couple of cockroaches even inside of the dishwasher and also the barbecue doesn't work properly and the A/C doesn't cool enough and it was only one tissue paper in each bathroom for the entire week.

Wonderful house

Great family vacation

Had a great time in Marco Island with the wife and kids, this property had everything we needed for fun and relaxation. Had 1 issue with first night with the AC, I called the management company after hours they got someone to come and fix it right away. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Stayed 6 days in July, 2019

Overall experience was great. Only one issue which was the air conditioning was not working properly when we checked in. I made a phone call and the issue was taken care of immediately. I would definitely stay here again.
