  • El encanto brillante y alegre envuelve la sensación de este baño recientemente remodelado y condominio actualizado. Todos los pisos de baldosas, cocina actualizada, WIFI en la unidad. Nuevos baños y pintura en todo el condominio en enero de 2018.

    Ubicada en el octavo piso, esta unidad está decorada con buen gusto con un ambiente playero, televisión grande en la sala de estar, televisión en el dormitorio principal, WIFI en el condominio. Hay una reina en el dormitorio principal, gemelos en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama en la sala de estar.

    El edificio ofrece estacionamiento abierto, piscina climatizada y spa y canchas de tenis. Hay sillas de playa y toallas en el condominio.

    A poca distancia de entretenimiento, restaurantes interiores y exteriores, tiendas, heladerías y cines. ¡Seguro que serán unas vacaciones agradables para todos!

The beach view from the balcony was outstanding and each night the sunset was spectacular. The condo was clean and comfortable. The host provided three brand new beach chairs which made it easy to take them to and from the beach.

Here's a polished review you can post:We had an excellent stay at this Marco Island property! The condo was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had a beautiful view that made our vacation even more enjoyable. It was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, which made settling in effortless.One of the biggest bonuses was the extra beach equipment provided. The beach wagon was especially helpful for transporting chairs, cooler, and other beach gear to and from the beach each day. It made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others visiting Marco Island. We’re already looking forward to returning for our next annual trip!

Check in was easy. Condo was clean and nice. View was fantastic. Only suggestions would be to update shower and replace with 2 seperate showers as we had to share shower. Master bed could use new mattress. Otherwise had great time and really enjoyed the stay.Thank you!

Very nice place, only 2 things that I wasn't impressed about. The 3 keys were a little much and there were no ice machines. Good thing our freezer had an ice maker but we did go buy a bag of ice. Overall, yes we had a wonderful time & met several nice people that also stay there.

Sweet family time in lovely condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The balcony has updated and comfy patio furniture, the kitchen is well stocked, and lots of towels! So thankful for the opportunity to spend time in such a beautiful setting!

Enjoyed our stay. The beautiful view is outstanding!!Sadly, the weather did not cooperate for several days (for example, a ’feels like’ temp of 32 degrees one morning, which was out of the control of the host of course!) We have already booked this condo again for 2027. Fingers crossed for warmer weather

Seawinds Condo

This was our 3rd time staying at Seawinds. The units are nice and love that it’s so close to south end beach. Will definitely be back.

Great week!

Enjoyed our stay. Property manager communication was great. Our only suggestions would be to waive/include the parking fee, and add the option of a lounge chair for the beach for those that want to lay flat. We would definitely stay again, beach location was the best! Thank you again for the wonderful week!

The room had the perfect view of the sunset!! Perfect location! Property manager responded promptly to our communication. Room as a whole needs some updating but overall it was wonderful!

Dolphins playground

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed! The view is amazing from the balacony. Every morning and evening we could watch the dolphins flip around and out of the water. Highly recommend

Location, location, location!

We were thrilled to spend a wonderful week right on the beautiful Marco Island south beach with the sand, sun, waves and sunsets. The grounds and pool were well kept, and the VRBO unit was clean, comfortable and cozy. It reminded us of a well-loved cottage with a familiar, homey feel. All we needed was available including an in-unit washer & dryer. A great place!
