Florentine Gardens is a charming five-story condominium overlooking Huron Bay on the South End of Marco Island. It is surrounded by lush tropical palm trees and beautiful landscaping, making it an ideal location just a short walk from the beach. The prime setting on Marco Island puts you within walking distance of shopping and local restaurants.

During your stay, you can relax in the living room or on the screened lanai while enjoying the scenic water canal view that leads directly to the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious master suite features access to the lanai, multiple closets, and a master bath with tall cabinetry and a new walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms include a queen-size bed and twin beds, providing comfortable accommodations for family and friends. Cooks will appreciate the modern kitchen, which offers ample prep space and a beautiful granite island.

The exceptional grounds present numerous recreational opportunities. Ample parking is available throughout the community, and there are elevators inside the building for convenience. You'll find stores, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance from the complex. Choose from activities such as playing tennis, swimming, soaking in the hot tub, or fishing off the boat docks. You can also enjoy an afternoon of grilling at any of the BBQ stations located throughout the grounds. This community features a clubhouse with complimentary amenities, including a full fitness center, providing plenty of options for enjoyment. There are also various outdoor activities available, including water sports, boating, sailing, fishing, and walking along trails that overlook the lush tropical grounds. Florentine Gardens is the perfect vacation retreat!

Monthly rentals require a minimum reservation of 90 days during the peak season (January, February, and March). Reservations for less than 90 days will not be accepted without prior approval. Florentine Gardens

Beautiful place inside and out. Condo was roomy and well equipped. Kitchen was amazing. Gorgeous lanai and view. Enjoyed our stay immensely.
