Beachfront 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with spectacular views!! There is no better place to enjoy the Paradise Coast. From the balcony you will enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beaches. This corner unit is light and bright with Tommy Bahama styled living room furniture, and just as spectacular views of the beach and the island from both the master and guest bedrooms. Relax in the Master bedroom suite with king size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom.
Guests will love the bright, vibrant guest bedroom with two twin beds, there is also a TV in the guest bedroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The Seawinds is located close to several shops, restaurants, a movie theater and many other amenities on the South end of the Island.

vacation

Location was amazing on the south end of Marco Island. The condo is in need of an upgrade. The master bed mattress is in need of replacing. The linens were older and small. sheets kept coming up off the mattress every night. The towels are TINY and the beach towels are small and not great quality. The kitchen provided some items if you could find them. The entire place could use a deep down cleaning as well as painting. Smelled very musty/moldy inside regardless of how much you opened the sliding glass doors to get fresh air in.

Great time, but some improvements needed

Overall, we had a great time in Marco Island as always. The views from this unit are stunning. We've stayed in many beach condo's and this one was nice, but could use some improvement with respect to the kitchenware provided. It seemed to be a bunch of random items not placed in any specific location, in addition to a drawer having so many things jammed in, that we could not get the drawer open. Pots and pans were dirty, and the coating was coming off some of the pans, to the point we bought a pan to make some eggs with. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice. Beach chairs and beach cart were provided.

Amazing view and great location on the beach

This property's location cannot be beat in regards to beach access. You have a beautiful view and the quickest walk to the beach with plenty of room to grab a spot near the water. The condo was clean and comfortable and it was so nice to have beach towels and chairs available to us. I do wish the pool had a view of the ocean, and the overall building could do with some updates. But overall, wonderful location and gorgeous view.

The unit is disappointing

We arrived and the floor was wet after speaking to lady that cleaned the unit she reported. Three days into our stay our kitchen sink leaked and then a leak in the ceiling in the kids bathroom. Also both showers had no water pressure to shower. I would not suggest for a family to stay at this unit. It was very very disappointing!!!

January getaway

Super clean rental and a perfect location on the 16th floor corner condo. The beach is immaculate and a nice quiet building on the South part of the island. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Rented previously but other condo units. Location perfect. Pool very nice. Unit clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen appliances up to date. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent here again.

View was wonderful

Great stay for what we needed, with family living local. However master bedroom is very tight and bathroom is outside of bedroom. Otherwise everything was great! It was lovely to have our 5 month old and be able to walk the beach every morning.
