Step into paradise at this 1,100 square foot beachfront condo nestled within a private gated community. It sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins, and two bathrooms.

Two furnished balconies invite you to embrace the Florida sunshine. The front balcony boasts a table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee while marveling at the panoramic vista of Marco Island. As the day unfolds, head to the expansive wraparound balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom. Equipped with tables and chairs, it offers a stunning perspective of Tigertail Beach and is the ideal spot to witness the fiery tropical sunsets.

Inside, the living room beckons with two plush couches and a comfy chair arranged around a flat-screen television, all strategically positioned to maximize the mesmerizing beach views. The adjacent dining room boasts a table with seating, ideal for indulging in meals while gazing upon the captivating Marco Island scenery.

For the chef in your group, the open kitchen is a dream come true. Featuring all modern appliances and a complete set of cookware, it allows you to whip up culinary masterpieces with ease. Gleaming granite countertops provide ample prep space, and inviting barstools offer casual seating for breakfast or drinks.

Drift off to sleep in the master bedroom, a haven of tranquility decorated with ocean blue accented pillows. A flat-screen television provides entertainment, while ample closet and drawer space ensures you can unpack and settle in with ease. The en suite bathroom pampers with granite countertops and a luxurious glass-enclosed shower.
