Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.
Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

The condo is situated in South Seas Northwest Towers, the perfect location to take in all that paradise has to offer. Enjoy a game of tennis on the newly renovated tennis courts just across the road or golfers can enjoy an 18 hole course at Hammock Bay Golf & Country Club located a short 15 min drive from our condo.

During your stay at South Seas Towers, you’ll have onsite access to a variety of day-trip brochures, for opportunities including airboat rides, dolphin watch cruises, deep sea fishing and more!
You’re within walking distance from a string of popular restaurants that provide options for any meal of the day! Grab breakfast at Empire Bagel Factory or Doreen’s Cup of Joe, enjoy American fare at NeNe’s Kitchen for lunch, then treat yourself to a seafood dinner at Fin Bistro.
When you’re not lounging on the beach, head over to the Marco Island Historical Museum and Marco Island Library to learn a little more about the area’s heritage and culture.
