You'll have access to the private wrap-around balcony and in-suite newly remodeled bathrooms with both shower and tub. Guest have access to the entire two bedroom condo including the wrap-around balcony. Warning: the sunsets are stunning!

Please note: the condo association charges a $100 Vehicle registration fee which includes a parking pass.

Our home is extensively sanitized between stays. Come and enjoy!

Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
