Come enjoy this 12th floor Beachfront condo in Tower 4 that boasts beautiful sunsets and amazing unobstructed panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the heated pool, 12 pickle ball courts, tennis courts, putting green, bocce and a fitness center all included in your stay. Boat slips available to rent. From your private balcony you will see the white sand Tigertail Beach and lagoon. On a clear day you can see Naples. This beautifully updated open concept condo has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The condo is completely furnished with all the amenities of home. Cookware, coffee maker, dedicated work space with free fiber optic Wi-Fi , large beach towels, linens, beach chairs, floats, and beach toys. This property is beautifully landscaped with a private beach entrance and is close to great restaurants. It is the perfect location to walk the beach, pick up beautiful seashells, build sandcastles and enjoy a tropical beach vacation.

South Seas is a Gated community, with many golf courses nearby. Great dining available on the island. World class deep sea fishing at the marina. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast foods.

The unit can comfortably accommodates 6. The Master Bedroom faces west and offers a king size bed, tv and private full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, the living room has a queen sofa sleeper and there is another full bathroom.

Common laundry located on each floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee. Please read sign in the laundry room explaining how to use washer and dryer. You must download an app on your phone to start machines.

Vehicle registration is required by South Seas Condominium Association upon arrival. A $100 fee will be charged for your entire stay.

Elizabeth, our host, was excellent and responsive. The condo location was on the beach and the community was well maintained. The condo itself could use a little TLC - sharp knives in the kitchen, new pillows/extra pillows, new bath towels. The shower doors in the bathrooms need some maintenance. Overall we were satisfied with the cleanliness and layout of the accommodation. With a few updates this condo could be a 5 star.

Wonderful For The Second Time

This is our second visit to this property. As always it was gorgeous. My fiancee and I had coffee every morning on the balcony. The weather was sunny everyday this time. Everything was there that we needed. We were all at the beach every day which is only a short walk from the tower. We will definitely be back again next year. Thank you!

Great Sunset Views

Condo was ideally located, clean, and had amazing views of the Gulf. Plenty of towels, kitchen necessities, beach toys, and fishing poles. We could not have asked for a better vacation.

Wonderful vacation condo in Marco Island

Right from the beginning, Elizabeth the condo owner, was immediately responsive to all our questions and remained so throughout our stay. We loved the setup of the condo, with views of both the sunrises AND sunsets from inside the condo! Comfortable beds. The condo was equipped with utensils and cookware and had starter supplies of garbage bags, toilet paper and tissues. Bath towels and beach towels were supplied. There was a lovely laundry facility on each floor of the condo building that could be used via an app on your phone. Every evening, from the balcony, we watched the sun set over the ocean, and Tiger Tail Beach, from the 12th floor. The view was breathtaking. Walking the white sand beach was one of our favorite activities, and we found some incredible shells and sand dollars while shelling before dawn! We were there for a week. It really flew by, and it was hard to leave. Thank you, Elizabeth, for sharing your little piece of heaven!

Beautiful sunsets in Marco Isla

After a rough start of our stay (the unit was not cleaned after the previous guests). Elizabeth and her husband were very concerned and came to the apartment and corrected the problem. They were wonderful and we couldn’t have expected anything more from them. They definitely made our stay the wonderful vacation we were expecting

Wonderful unit!!

Everything you needed and more in this unit. Nice decor, fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig machine. Beautiful sunsets from our balcony. Property manager responded quickly to everything. A small plumbing problems was fixed the next day! Only negative was the tv in living room was not a smart tv (the one in master was) and no tv in second bedroom which was ok for a couple but not if you brought kids with. Overall a beautiful unit which we will come back to.

We come to Marco Island every year for its quiet nights, beautiful sunsets, warm waters and white sandy beaches. Apartment was very comfortable and very well equipped. Amazing views from balcony.

The beach and the views !

We just spend 2 weeks in July at this property. Elizabeth is an amazing host, from before we booked to during our vacation she was always available to answer questions super quick. The condo is amazing, it's spacious and clean. We cook a lot and we had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of towels and linens. There are tons of beach gear, chairs, umbrella, toys and inflatable stuff. There are 2 beach carts to carry the gear. The view from the condo is world class and from the balcony you can enjoy amazing sunsets. Marco island is a beautiful place. You need to know it's a decent walk from the condo to the beach. We clocked 12 min from closing the front door to the water and the walk can get hot. We named it the desert crossing ! If walking isn't your thing or you need to carry very young children it's something you need to be aware of. At the end of the walk there is a great reward, the beach is big and uncrowded. We left all out gear, tent and toys as we went up for lunch and were never worried. Marco island is a calm easy going place, there isn't tons of things to do, for us it wasn't a problem as we were going there for the beach and then more beach. From the condo you have access to the tennis club / pickleball. There are some free pickleball gear you can borrow. Shuffle board, putting and bocce as well. So if this is what you are looking for don't hesitate to book this unit, you won't be disapointed.

Wonderful Time

The view was spectacular. I loved having my morning coffee overlooking the ocean. My daughter had a great time in the pool and on the beach every day. We even added a few more beach toys to the collection the owner had. Loved every minute of being there. We will be back next year for sure! I have been to Marco every year since I was a baby visiting my grandparents. This was the best time we ever had. Thank you so much.

Great Beach Views

Great views of the beach & sunset. At the north end of the island which is less crowded. Spacious, comfortably furnished & well-stocked kitchen. Pool is large with plenty of chairs (could use a few more umbrellas). The gym in Tower 3 is small but adequate for vacation workouts. Staff is very helpful. Note that although there isn't any road or other property between the building & the beach, it is a 15+ min hike to the waterfront through loose sand. It is a bit of a workout but well worth it. There is a semi-shortcut wading through waist-high water at Tigertail Beach to get to a more secluded part of the beach.

Highly recommend this condo for your next stay in Marco Island!

My husband and I had a lovely time in Marco Island and in this condo! The condo was very clean, had an amazing view, and was stocked with all the necessary beach equipment! We walked to the beach every day and were a short drive from nearby restaurants and shops. We did have to purchase some hand soap and trash bags. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Very relaxing!

This condo is beautiful and supplied with everything needed for a great vacation. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and seeing the sunset every evening was wonderful. The condo was spotless and the pool was wonderful. We would love the use of this condo again!

Location, location, location!

This was a fantastic location. Easy walk to several good spots to eat, and a very short drive to other great dining spots. The walk to the beach is about 1/2 mile, but easy to do. The condo was nicely decorated, and the view was spectacular. Only 1 slight complaint-could have been stocked better with staples like dishwasher soap, foil, plastic wrap, garbage bags. Also, had to pick keys up from another location. Overall a great spot and would stay again.

Marco Island at it’s best

Great condo, amazing views, and very relaxing. Plenty of beach accessories to use as well as towels and linens. A few items such dishwasher soap and trash bags were not available and would have been nice to have. Marco Beach is a great place to walk, go shelling, and relax either by the pool or ocean. I would highly recommend this unit as your get away spot to go!

Beautiful view

Upon walking into the condo, the view was stunning! We overlooked the north side of South Seas towers and had the view with no lights over Tiger Tail beach. Super clean and comfortable condo.

Gorgeous views. The condo was nice. My daughter slept on the sofa sleeper and it is somewhat dated. Long lines at the elevators as one was broken during our stay.

Loved our stay in Marco

This was our 2nd stay in South Seas. We stayed in a different building & unit, last year & liked it so much, we came back this year. My husband loves to play pickleball & played daily while I shelled on Tigertail. Our condo was very well appointed & had pretty much everything you could want. All our inquiry’s were answered immediately. We left our headlights on our rental car & our battery died & security there offered us zero assistance, but luckily other tenants came to our aid immediately & we got a jump. There was also major, loud construction going on right below our unit, so sitting outside on the balcony was not a relaxing experience, but hopefully that’s done now. Overall we had a wonderful stay there & hope to come back again!
