    This house is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for your booking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.

    Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath vacation home which is conveniently located down the street from a beach entrance (5 Min walk). King Bed in the Master, Queen in both guest bedrooms. All the Bedrooms and Family room have smart TV's that can stream Netflix and Prime Video but only the Family Room and Master Bedroom have cable. Pool has a southern exposure to enjoy the sun all day long. House has tile throughout. Down the street from restaurants, movies, and mini golf. House has beach chairs available for tenant use. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

    NOTE: This house is in a residential area of Marco Island and there is a strict Noise Ordinance. NO outside loud noises shall be made to cause a disturbance to the neighbors. Parking permit is limited to 2 vehicles.

    NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will loose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage

    CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

Marco getaway

The home was perfect for our 2 week Florida getaway! My husband and I loved the proximity to the beautiful beach and the convenience of having beach chairs, umbrella and a cart to pull everything. The neighborhood is quiet and the heated pool was wonderful, which we enjoyed daily.We hated to leave and hope to be back next year!

Great house close to beach access!

This is a wonderful house close to the beach access on Maple. Best part of the beach! Also, nice warm pool, great decor and the management company was wonderful. They let us check in early!

Wonderful Family Home

We traveled with 2 young children (ages 2 and 1) and this house was wonderful with them. It was childproofed in so many ways and had nice childrens amenities for the beach. We were very pleased and will be back. Plus the location of this was fantastic. Wonderful beach access and close to good restaurants.

Enjoyable stay in very close proximity to the beach

We enjoyed our time spending two week at the property with 2 kids. The location of the house cannot be beat - 5 mins walk. Very quiet, enjoyable, clean. We had no issues and were able to relax together as a family!

Great stay. Pool was super warm/clean. 5 min walk to beach...literally a block from the public beach entrance. Lots of extras in the garage like bikes, umbrellas, wagon, beach chairs that made things way easy.

Location, Location, Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Marco Island. The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to the public beach entrance and a 2min drive to all of the great restaurants/shops on the island. Property Manager was very responsive to all of our questions. Would recommend this property to family and friends!
