Beautiful Remodeled 5th Floor, 900 Sq ft, 1 bedroom/1 full bath condo at San Marco Residences, 291 S. Collier Blvd. Gorgeous Gulf of Mexico view from condo and lanai. Beach Access directly across street. Heated pool, tennis/pickle ball court. JW Marriott directly across street. Walking distance to restaurants and hotels. Stay in my condo instead of paying JW Marriott rates! This condo gets 5 star reviews from all guests. Condo is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. We pride ourselves on providing high quality linens, towels, beach towels, etc. Gulf view and JW Marriott directly across street. Beach access directly across street as well. Condo is situated in the center of the island and walk able to restaurants, bars, movies, churches etc Guests have access to the entire condo. Washer and Dryer available on every floor of the condo building. Condo is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. There is a designated parking spot for the condo. Guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement.

Great place and location!

Had such a lovely stay at Jim’s condo, it was so clean and comfortable. The balcony was delightful and I loved being able to cross the street and walk right onto the beach! Can’t wait to come back with my husband in the future, it’s a real gem of a spot!

Great Experience

Jim's condo was very clean, roomy, nicely decorated, and in a great location close to restaurants and the beach. The beach path is right across the street and only takes a minute or two to walk to the beach which is beautiful! I also liked the keyless entry and security of using a code to get into the premises. The bed was very comfortable. Jim was very prompt in getting back to me if we had questions, which I really appreciated. He was also very friendly, and prior to our trip had sent us many suggestions for dining and things to do. We would definitely recommend his condo and visiting Marco Island.

Great Location!

We had a conference at the JW Marriott and decided to find someplace else to stay instead of the Hotel. This was just a few minute walk! It is a nice condo, perfect for a couple. Had a few questions when we arrived but got a response quickly plus some great restaurant recommendations! Beach access is just across the street. Honestly, it was a perfect location for our visit to Marco Island!

This location was fantastic. The condo was clean, spacious, and updated. Jim was very helpful. He always responded to my questions throughout the year. Beach was right across the street. Pool was great too. Loved it!!!

We had a great time and the owners are extremely organized and nice. The condo is in a perfect location and we jotted just across the street every night to see the beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend renting this place that the owners make you feel that it’s yours for time. Thanks so much we want to come back again

This condo is just as advertised, beach access just across the street. Owner was very helpful with all questions in fact he went above and beyond which most condo owners don’t do when we arrived he called to make sure everything was good. Don’t get that at most places. This condo is on my must return list

Great condo and perfect location

We stayed for 5 nights in April. From beginning to end the experience was great. Jim was very responsive and provided some great dining and entertainment options. The condo is as described and right across from the Marriott. We spent several days in the Marriott pool and had full access to the tiki bar. We're still not sure if we were allowed to use the pool since everyone had wrist bands, but no one ever said anything. Drinks at the tiki bar can be paid with cash or card. We did find that we had to rewash some of the dishware, but we would do that anywhere. The beach chairs/umbrellas/buggy cart were great to have so we didn't have to bake in the sun while at the beach. The location and rental rate (compared to Marriott) are outstanding and you have access to the Marriott property. From the beach it's a nice leisurely walk to Tigertail beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

I highly recommend this beautiful condo. It is very comfortable and in an excellent location. We attended a workshop across the street at the JW Marriott. Super easy to get to from this condo. Easy access to the beach. Walking distance to numerous restaurants in both directions. The owner is easily accessible and enjoyable to converse with. We will absolutely stay here again!

WONDERFUL!!!

We really appreciated that the furnishings, linens, dishes, etc. were of good quality. So many times we have stayed in rentals that are furnished with old, broken, dirty, cheap, etc. furnishings. This condo had an amazingly comfortable bed as well! That is not something abundantly found when renting condos/houses. Jim was super responsive to us, always available if we needed anything. Condo was very clean. The location is wonderful, beach access literally right across the beach.

Great condo and location

Jim's property on Marco Island is very clean, bright, and quiet. Because we like to cook most of our meals while on vacation, we were delighted to see that Jim's kitchen has everything we needed to prepare our dinners. The view of the Gulf is limited due to the tall buildings and trees between the condo's west-facing windows and the beach, but it is a short and easy walk to the beach. We visited just before Christmas, and unfortunately the weather was not conducive to spending much time on the shore although it is a beautiful beach and the location is great for visiting a variety of interesting nearby sites. We did not use any of the beach equipment, but it looked like everything was there to enable vacationers an easy, fun time on the beach. When we had questions for Jim about the property once we arrived, he was very quick to get back to us. We would highly recommend his unit to anyone looking to enjoy Marco Island and Naples, the Gulf, or the Everglades.
