The fenced, heated pool is the perfect spot to make a splash and soak up some sun, and you’ll find fabulous restaurants, handy amenities, and exciting outdoor activities within easy driving distance of the property.
This stunning, child-friendly waterfront property boasts five spacious bedrooms and is ideal for families, multi-families, and groups of friends to enjoy a beach vacation together in comfort and style.
Living Spaces
The bright and welcoming living area gives your group ample room to kick back and make special memories together. The sumptuous sectional sofa is where you’ll gather for epic movie marathons and streaming sessions on the flatscreen TV, and there are plenty of games available to keep kids and kids at heart entertained.
You’ll find AC and ceiling fans throughout the property to keep you cool when outdoor temperatures soar… or when the competition heats up on games night!
Kitchen & Dining
The spacious, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for creating complex culinary creations and tasty snacks alike. The coffee maker ensures your mornings get off to the best possible start, and the microwave is handy for whipping up fresh batches of popcorn to accompany your movie nights. The handy dishwasher makes cleanup a breeze so there are no after-dinner debates about whose turn it is to do the dishes.
The dining table comfortably seats six and is positioned in front of double glass doors that provide charming street views and plenty of natural light. When night falls, draw the curtains to create a cozy ambiance for lavish group dinners to remember. The breakfast bar seats four — pull up a stool to keep your group’s cooks company while they work, and maybe even score a taster or two.
A washer and dryer can also be found in the kitchen space to keep you looking and feeling your freshest no matter how light you like to pack (or how messy you might be!).
Bedrooms & Baths
Five beautifully airy bedrooms have been thoughtfully finished to boutique hotel standards to provide your group with plenty of space for a serene night’s sleep.
The gorgeous primary suite features a king-size bed adorned with plush linens that you’ll love sinking into. The armchair is a cozy spot to curl up with your favorite book, or you can draw the curtains and enjoy a movie in bed on the flatscreen TV. This room also boasts direct outdoor access and has its own full bathroom attached.
Bedroom two has a queen-size bed and also features an armchair where guests can enjoy a few quiet moments journaling or scrolling social media. This room provides easy access to the covered porch area, and it has a flatscreen TV for lazy Sunday mornings streaming your favorite series with coffee in bed.
Bedroom three has a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and outdoor access. The matching bedside lamps are the perfect finishing touch for bedtime readers. Two further queen rooms are located across the hall from one another — bedroom four has plenty of storage for guests who like to come prepared for every eventuality, and the fifth bedroom also has its own TV.
In addition to the primary en suite, the property has two more modern full bathrooms, ensuring there are no lines for the shower in the morning.
Need to get a little work done during your stay? The dedicated workspace and superfast WiFi have got you covered. The office space also features a twin daybed where an additional guest can enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep.
Outdoor Amenities

The outdoor areas are where this property really shines. The waterfront location means you can enjoy unobstructed tropical views and even go for a quick dip without having to venture to the public beach.
The fenced, heated swimming pool is your stunning private space to make a splash or catch some rays on the sun loungers. The outdoor shower is a handy feature for rinsing off after pool and beach days before heading back inside. We also provide beach towels, chairs, and toys to make your oceanfront adventures even more enjoyable.
The covered porch is a tranquil spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine, or you can enjoy an al fresco meal here at the dining table thanks to the BBQ grill.
The wraparound balcony on the second floor ensures that guests can come together or find a quiet moment alone to soak up some of Florida’s famous sunshine. When night falls your group can gather on the Adirondack chairs around the firepit for a relaxing evening under the stars.
Around the front of the property, you’ll find beautifully manicured lawns and designated parking for multiple vehicles in the spacious driving circle.

The Neighborhood:
Marco Island is a little slice of paradise and this vacation property is perfectly located to enjoy all that our beautiful city has to offer.
You can stock up on all your favorite foods (and plenty of vacation treats) at Publix, which is just a six-minute drive from the house. Don’t want to cook? You’re in luck! You’ll find many restaurants catering to every taste. For a meal to remember, make a reservation at The Oyster Society, or for a relaxed brunch you can’t beat, check out Doreen's Cup of Joe. If you want to grab takeout for a picnic at the beach, swing by The Brooklyn Delicatessen for some of the best deli-style sandwiches in Florida.
Speaking of the beach, Marco Island is home to some of the most idyllic stretches of powdery sand in the state. Tigertail Beach is two white-sand beaches in one — known as the inner and outer beaches. The inner beach offers easy access and plenty of amenities, making it a great choice for families who want to relax in comfort. The outer beach is accessed by wading or paddleboarding through the shallow lagoon and gives adventurous beachgoers a quieter stretch of sand to explore. South Beach is a closer option just six minutes from the house and offers the same sugary white stretches of sand as well as the opportunity to see dolphins playing in the surf.
Marco Island is a dream destination for lovers of the great outdoors and you’ll find plenty of activities to make the most of our famous sunny weather. Marco Golf and Garden’s 18-hole miniature course makes a fun afternoon out for golfers of all skill levels, and bicycle rentals are available throughout the island if you’d like to explore on two wheels. For the chance to spot native Florida wildlife, spend a few hours strolling along the boardwalk at Briggs Nature Center. Keep your eyes peeled for river otters, hawks, and gators among many other interesting species.
For visitors who love spending time on the water, head out to explore the island’s mangroves on a kayak or join a dolphin spotting boat tour to get up close with the ocean’s most playful creatures.
Getting Around:
Most guests have a personal vehicle, though Uber/Lyft/taxis are available. The closest airport is Fort Myers Airport (RSW), 47 miles north of Marco Island and around a 55-minute drive. Miami International Airport (MIA) is 100 miles to the east and has a drive time of two hours.
