This homes features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen features stainless steel Kenmore appliances and solid surface Corian counter tops. The bathrooms feature Kohler and Moen fixtures with granite counter tops. There is a leather sectional in the family room and a large leather furniture set with a queen size sofa sleeper in the main living room. Every room features a flatscreen television. Additionally, the covered patio has seating for 10 plus guests, lounge chairs, a heated pool, a Weber premium grill, and mounted flatscreen television.

Below are descriptions of the rooms:

Bedroom 1: features two queen beds, large closets, dressers, and a flatscreen television.

Bedroom 2: features a king-sized bed and a trundle bed with large closets and a dresser with a flatscreen television.

Bedroom 3: features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, a dresser, and a flatscreen television.

Bedroom 4: features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, a dresser, and a flatscreen television.

Bedroom 5 (Master): This bedroom is spacious and features a king-sized bed, dresser with attached mirror, a seating area with a leather couch that has a queen size sofa sleeper, a mounted flatscreen television, a large walk-in closet, and en-suite bath.

Bathroom 1: Four-piece washroom with Moen-fixtured shower, tub, Kohler toilet, and a large vanity with sink and granite counter tops. This bath also features a door leading to the pool area to allow guests to walk right in from a day of swimming at the pool or beach!

Bathroom 2: This bathroom is a three-piece washroom with a Kohler Toilet, a vanity with granite countertops, and a luxurious walk-in shower large enough to accommodate two guests.

Bathroom 3: (Master) This bathroom features a large double sink vanity with granite counter tops, a separate room for the Kohler toilet, a large walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub.

Bathroom 4: This bathroom recently added includes new walk-in shower and is now a second en-suite bathroom (along with the master bed/bath).

Wonderful stay! The house was so clean and spacious! Kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of towels, beach supplies, board games etc. There were many little touches throughout that made it feel like home. Location was great!! Easy beach access. The kids would have loved an outdoor game like cornhole but otherwise no other suggestions! Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home!

Our extended family has been staying at this house since 2015 and we keep coming back. Awesome location, and very comfortable for a large group. We love sitting around the large dinning table and living room every evening after a day at the beach. The beach equipment (wagon and chairs) are very helpful to not have to bring as much stuff with us and the property owner is always responsive with any minor issues we have.

We had a great time at this property! It was such a close walk to the beach. The pool lost heat a couple of days in and the host was extremely responsive in getting it back to an ideal temp for swimming on cool nights.

Wonderful week with friends

We are a group of friends in our late 60's that have known each other since we were 4. This is our second time renting this house. It is perfect for us, confortable beds, great kitchen, a dining table that actually sits all 9 of us (sits 10) great pool, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Close to the beach. Owner is very responsive to your needs (we needed a TV changed and it was done in one day). Everything really perfect. We will be back.

Wonderful week at the beach!

We had wonderful stay at this house! There was plenty of space for our group of 11 people and it is very nicely appointed. Great location and family home!

We had another awesome time at this home. The owners recently re-did the pool deck area and it is beautiful. They have always been good to work with and each year they make some upgrades to the home. We are thankful for owners like them who make their home available!

Perfect family location

This was the 2nd year our family has enjoyed the home. The location offered a short walk to the beach & a nice pool with beach items. The home offered nice gathering areas both inside & outside. And the bedroom/bathroom accommodations worked well for our family. We had a memorable time and would love to come again.
