Our house is a very short walk to the public beach access near the JW Marriott. We have a beach cart to make your trip to the beach seamless. It is hard to get beach access in Marco unless you pay to park and drive, or stay in a beach high rise condo. The beauty of our central island location is that the very close proximity to the free beach access. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Many restaurants/bars, beach are within walking distance from our house. Marco island is flat so it is very nice to rent a bike to get around, Uber, or The Wave offers free golf cart rides to many local restaurants. Each bedroom, living room, and lanai have TV's. The pool area was fully remodeled in 2021.
