Stroll to nearby Tigertail Beach and wildlife preserve, or along Marco's famous beautiful white sand beaches to the JW Marriott and beachfront venues. The condo association offers a big heated pool,tennis and pickle ball courts,boat docks,internet, cable,laundry facilities,and is in a safe and secure gated community.The bright and cheery 1140 sq/ft condo has an large open kitchen/living area with 55' smart TV and patio doors to a lanai with breathtaking 3 mile beach view all the way to Cape Marco. The floors are newly tiled and the baths and kitchen remodeled with stainless appliances.The private master suite/bath with patio doors to the lanai, and the front entryway catwalk offers sweeping views of Marco Island and sunrises as this condo has exposure and vistas to both the east and southwest. Anniversary Paradise

Marco Island and this lovely condo were the PERFECT way for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. Tim, the owner, is an absolutely wonderful host. Communication with Tim is thorough and quickly answered so the very minor glitch we had was quickly taken care of within the means he could provide us. The condo has the most stunning views from both the front and back. Everything you could possibly need is provide (Beach Towels, Bath Towels, Extra Sheets, fully stocked kitchen cabinets, games, puzzles, three TVs, INCREDIBLY comfortable King sized bed.) so no worries if you forget to pack something. The decor is beautiful and it feels welcoming. The area is very well kept and it’s very quiet with the other guests, which we appreciated very much. The beach is a little hike (about 10 minutes on very walkable sand) but no worries because Tim provided us with a beach wagon and every possible item you could need for a fun time at the beach. It helped tremendously with the walk to and from. The sunsets are a dream, the water temperature is perfect and if you love nature and the animals that live in it, you’ll love your stay here. Thank you, Tim, once again for a wonderful vacation. If we ever travel that far south again, we will be looking for you for sure.

May Getaway

We stayed for two weeks in May. Typically, we stay in the St. Pete area, but our plans changed due to hurricane damage. This condo was exactly as advertised. The view of the huge beachfront was amazing. The unit was fairly spacious and had everything we needed. Our host checked in with us prior to arrival, and answered the very few questions that came up. We plan to return in the future.

Our annual get away

We look forward to our annual, mid winter get away; Tim and Michelle make the process effortless. The condo is lovely and as described. We love our morning coffee on the balcony, the easy walk to the ocean front and friendliness staff and other vacationers! We’ll be back!

Amazing Vacation

Great views both of the City and the Gulf. Owner had great communication. We enjoyed daily swims in the refreshing pool, played pickleball with friendly competition and found numerous players to challenge in bocce ball. We would definitely stay here again.

Seaview Court

The property was described accurately and it was clean upon our arrival. The view was spectacular from the lanai. We weren't able to connect to WiFi despite all of our attempts and cable TV was not accessible, but we weren't there to watch TV anyway! One elevator was out for a few days so we had long waits, often. Overall, this is a nice property with a gorgeous view of the gulf and beach.

A perfect stay

Thank you for sharing your home! The beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever stayed in besides our own. The provided beach must haves made our trips walking down to the beach much easier. The views from the balcony were lovely. We loved being close to many restaurants. Our favorites are The Deep Lagoon, Doreen’s, and we always have to make a short drive to Naples to eat at Tommy Bahamas. Oh! Sweet Annie’s Ice Cream Parlor was amazing. The living room was super comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all needs. We also appreciated the ice maker being turned on! It’s the little details! Such a wonderful place to stay!
