This gem is your home away from home on the shores of Lake Erie! This amazing home can hold up to 10 guests. This spacious home features a comfortable and thoughtful layout perfect for families and groups. The large porch is perfect for sipping your morning coffee or winding down after a day of fun.

The master bedroom includes a smart TV, plush kind bed, and a private attached bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed. The third bedroom features a twin bunk bed and a twin over full size bunk ed. The living room has a queen size sofa bed couch. The open concept living room and kitchen create a welcoming space to gather, cook, and unwind. A washer and dryer is available for your convenience during your stay.



***Important items to read prior to booking. **

** Guests can park one vehicle behind unit #7 on the grass. All other vehicles must park in the guests lot directly across from the Waterview entrance on E. Bayshore Road.

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 10 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.

**A drip coffee maker is available in the condo with both regular and decaf coffee.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV in the home. The TV is equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

** The outdoor pool is seasonal and is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures.

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the home.

** Local guests must contact host before booking.

** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.
