Relaxing townhouse with spectacular views of LBJ!

Lake Time Retreat features breathtaking views of Lake LBJ from upstairs balcony, and a lake theme throughout. Perfect for morning coffee or dinner by the stars. Watch the deer from another upstairs balcony on the pool-side or from the outside patio below, with charcoal grill and country feel.

Two bedrooms with king size beds and full en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom with fold-out sleeper, plus a twin bed and pull-out queen soda bed downstairs. Half bath downstairs. Ideal for family or friends travelling together, in a private setting. French doors to take in the beautiful scenery, and additional light blocking curtains.

Flat screen TV's with cable in living room and the two bedrooms

Fully equipped recently renovated kitchen, and separate area with washer and dryer. Fastest wifi around with > 50 mbps, perfect for virtual meetings and streaming, with specially dedicated desk/ workstation.

Large gated pool, two tennis courts, pickle-ball court and exercise/ recreation area to unleash are open year-round, just steps away.

Great place

We had a great time here. Pool is a short walk from the back door. Location is perfect in Marble Falls, close to restaurants and Lakeside. View is beautiful from the upstairs deck, would definitely stay again!

Great location and property. We will definitely stay again. Beds a little on the hard side but the property makes up for that in location and Sue was so nice! Left us a bottle of wine.

Quiet getaway!

We loved our stay! Everything was as listed and met all of our expectations. Quiet and peaceful with a nice view of the lake from our upstairs deck. House had literally everything we needed! Very clean and comfortable. Deer were all around the property and it was great for early morning walks with our dog. It was super hot while here but the house stayed very comfortable throughout the 109 avg temps! Highly recommend this place. Close to everything we needed. Owner was fantastic and left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us! This was well appreciated after our 4hr drive in! Went to Bluebonnet Cafe, of course, also tried Bear King Brewery which was awesome! I recommend the Texas Poutine! Also enjoyed Kynda Coffee, right up the street. Had a great time and will return.

Lovely Spot for a Weekend Away

The property was very clean, comfortable and perfect for a weekend away with my mom. The deck has great views of the lake and the property is close to a lot of restaurants. we really enjoyed our stay!

Vaca with family!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The house, pool, proximity to the HSB Resort! Beds were wonderful, the place stayed nice and cool during the hot temperatures !! The host has a few spices, and creamer for the coffee that was also provided. We had a wonderful time and look forward to going back!!

Horseshoe Bay

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home overlooking Lake LBJ. One upstairs bedroom had a large deck and seating area. Deer were all around. It was convenient to downtown Marble Falls. But it also had the feel of being remote. The home was well appointed. Clearly the owner took a lot of time and effort decorating.
