Poolside Escape features stunning views of the Hill Country and Lake LBJ from upstairs balcony, and of the large pool from the other patio. Perfect for morning coffee or dinner by the stars. Watch the deer on either side.

One bedroom on ground level, two upstairs, each will full bath. Extra sofa beds in downstairs bedroom and on the side of the living room. Half bath downstairs. 1700 sq.ft., ideal for family or friends travelling together, in a private setting. Charcoal grill, carport and ample level parking.

This property was wonderful! My family had the best time and the host was so kind and even wrote us a hand written card. We loved how close the property was to the pool, sue had everything we could need for our stay. Would deffintley stay again!

Great stay for the family!

We had plenty of room for our big family in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool and pickleball courts were right there for our enjoyment and we had a great time despite the rainy weather.

Great place for family

Visit to watch grandsons play baseball and celebrate a graduation and birthday. Condo is roomy. Every bedroom has a private bathroom plus a powder room downstairs. Pool was cleaned regularly and we all enjoyed it. Definitely hope to come back

Enjoyed our stay

We had such a nice time staying at The Poolside Escape. It was located in a lovely spot with easy access to Marble Falls where we had a blast shopping at the many boutiques and shops. We enjoyed the town house which was supplied with all the things we needed. It was quiet and our beds were comfortable. Sue was a great host and answered us immediately with any questions we had. I would book it again for sure.

Off-roadie weekend

Came to horseshoe bay for the bronco off roadie experience. Stayed here with friends. It was a great place to stay. Sue was very quick to answer any questions I had and was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Host, Fabulous Place!

Sue is an amazing host, she had everything you could need and more! We had so much fun for my birthday. The pool is nice and big, right out the back porch. The townhouse is peacock pretty, and the beds were so comfortable. By the way, for those wondering she has both the Kuerig and full-sized coffee pot

Relaxing Friends Getaway

My friends and I stayed at this property and enjoyed the condo and surrounding area very much. It was quiet and peaceful. We spend the majority of the time at the pool and in the condo. The condo slept 6 of us comfortably and we had all we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen. Our host was so sweet to give us a bottle of wine to have on our stay. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels for our three nights. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great girls trip Sue!

Beautiful Condo

It was so nice, that everything looked like it said on line. We all Loved this place. Will probably book next years trip to Marble Falls. Loved watching deer in the evening and early mornings.... Perfect Family Time

Can't say enough good things. Sue was super easy to work with. Our family lives in Horseshoe Bay, and we were there for our yearly summer vacation. The layout was perfect. Everything you needed and more. Pool is right outside the back patio. The view is amazing!!! The first night we were there a storm came thru and our oldest son sat on the patio and watched it come rolling in, he said it was an amazing view. Wish we could have stayed for the whole month. Thank you Sue!!!

Memorial Day Fun

Perfect place for my family and friends to stay on a weekend. It contained everything needed, plus some! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Sue was great to communicate all directions needed and made everything easy to find! If ever back in Texas...would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way

We had a great time at this Horseshoe Bay townhome! We had three couples and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the decks and just visiting. It was a little cool to use the pool, but nice we had the option. We saw several deer in the area too. Would definitely come back!

Great Townhouse and Communication

My aunt and uncle stayed here for the month of March. This is what they wanted to say about it: "Love the location, quiet area, close to groceries and restaurants. House was very comfy and we loved the deer. Would go back again." Personally, communication with Sue was fantastic!

Highly Recommended Stay

This home was fabulous! Clean, roomy and a great location. Linens felt good and the beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was available and Sue was very responsive to any questions we had. This a two story space with balconies on both side top and bottom, great courtyard and quiet! Plenty of room for a wheelchair ( just in case special circumstances) except entrance into the bathroom downstairs. I highly recommend this home away from home! We will come back!

Nice Lodging.

Needed Getaway

I needed to unwind from the city hustle and bustle....the property in Horseshoe Bay was exactly what was needed. The night sky and wildlife on the property were beautiful.
