Surrounded by beautiful Texas Hill Country hills (including legendary Packsaddle Mountain) and embraced by the Llano River and Colorado River arms of constant-level Lake LBJ, Kingsland boasts miles of Texas’ most sought-after lakefront property.



There are three popular state parks within easy driving distance:

Inks Lake State Park; Longhorn Cavern State Park; and Enchanted Rock State Natural Area



The famous “Slab” on the Llano River is one of the area’s favorite swimming holes, and Kingsland Community Park provides public access to the lake.



Getting Around:

A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Kingsland.

Indulge in a peaceful and relaxing stay with us, and please abide by our policies to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay to the fullest.



Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and are strictly enforced by the community. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, and please be aware that outdoor music is not allowed past 10pm.



We kindly request that there is no smoking in the property, to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests.



Non-Refundable Pet Fee $172.29 (Tax Included) Per Pet / Per Stay. Please note that any pets or animals brought onto the property without prior approval will be subject to a penalty fee of $500. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Cats are not permitted.



The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay



Our swimming pool is a wonderful feature of the property, and can be heated at an additional cost. To arrange pool heating, please contact us and we will be happy to set it up for you. Please do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. For safety reasons, we kindly request that glass tableware and bottles are not used near the pool, as broken glass in the pool will result in additional fines. Please help us maintain the cleanliness of the water by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool.



Your safety is our top priority. For added security, exterior security cameras have been installed throughout the property. Please be assured that none of the cameras face into the house or look into interior space, and are only in place to ensure your safety and the security of the property.

So much to do!

We had a great time! Lots of fun things to do inside and outside including a slide, swing, pool, platform for jumping, pool table, ping pong, arcade games, and more. The layout is perfect for multiple families. Each family was able to have their own sleeping space with bathroom.

beautiful in every way!

This house was over the top once we opened the front door, looking out the huge windows at the lake view without even walking onto the back patio! We were welcomed with a dining table decorated with Mexican themed -chips and dips, margarita mixes, miniature tequila bottles… what a nice welcome!! This beautiful and spacious home accommodated our family of 20, perfectly with space left over. Coffee/wine on the patio watching the sunrise and sunset, a great time by all, floating in the pool, sliding into the lake, dancing and playing games inside. The only issues were with the hot tub temp, a sofa bed and the upstairs a/c. My calls were answered immediately, someone responded within a reasonable time and issues were addressed to satisfaction. MJ was our contact person once we reserved the house, and provided excellent communication before, during and after our trip, and was pleasure to speak with! Nick gave us a warm greeting and was very thorough in showing us everything about the house. Anyone that came out when we called, made sure that our stay was an enjoyable one, and it definitely was! Amazing House and Location

My group of girlfriends enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness and amenities of this large, modern home. The communication and response from the management company was awesome. I would not hesitate to rent this home again.
