Family stay

We had an awesome time. The host is wonderful to work with. There was a lot of rain during our stay but everyone had room to spread out and enjoy themselves. The home is clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home!

Lovely home with plenty of space and sleeping accommodations! Stayed here for a friend’s bachelor party and it was perfect! The outdoor kitchen, pool, and deck all contributed to a great time. The host, Ann, was incredible to work with as well. Super helpful and available for any questions! Highly reccomend for large groups or gatherings!

Family reunion/ wedding party

I booked this beautiful home for my family’s first reunion. Everything provided for our stay met our expectations above and beyond. The location was beautiful, weather happened to be perfect and the home was cozy and welcoming. We’d definitely do it all over again!

Great time

We really enjoyed the property. Cleanly, comfortable and a lot of ‘extras’ provided - just simple stuff like adequate towels, extra coffee, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. the best part was the rear patio and lower patio. Our stay happened to be when the super moon happened and so sunrises and sunsets were amazing!

Labor Day With Friends

Had a great stay. The three kitchens made it easy to cook for lots of people. The gathering spaces were great for playing board games and hanging out. The pool and hot tub were stellar. All thanks to a great host!

Family Time

I found this beautiful property to have my three daughters, their spouses, and my 9 grandchildren and my husband. It was a wonderful place to stay! So much room for all of us. The kids and adults loved the pool and outside area to set and enjoy the day and evening. We all also enjoyed the different games they had to play with. We had several meals on the outside deck right off the kitchen. The view was beautiful and peaceful! The house was supplied with everything we needed! I would highly recommend this beautiful home! And the owner was quick to reply to any questions I had!

An Unforgettable Stay - Beyond Our Expectations!

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing! Over our 12-year sisterhood retreat, we have stayed in some beautiful homes. This was unanimously voted our favorite. The house exceeded all our expectations. It truly felt like we were personal guests of a lifelong friend rather than just renting a vacation rental. Outstanding hospitality. Incredible value.

Beautiful home with infinity pool, hot tub, fire pit. You can put the vinyl deck chairs onto the 6” deep pool shelf with bubblers to cool your feet while under the pool umbrellas. Magnificent view over the trees. We saw deer feeding near the distant pond in the morning. We enjoyed hiking and birdwatching at Balcones Canyonlands NWR, 10 minutes away. The owner, Ann Harrison, provided quick, cheerful communication with our group of 8 before and during the rental. The home was well-stocked with paper products, nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and suntan lotion in the 3 1/2 bathrooms. Plenty of towels. Very nice sheets, pillows and comforters. There were Keurig coffee pods and spices available. 2 sets of dishes can serve over 40 people. New Crockpot, drip coffee maker, blender, baking dishes, nice knives, glassware, even coolers were available for our use. All the appliances seemed newer and worked well. Many delightful touches: laundry room with laundry pods and dryer sheets. Glow in the dark faucet in the laundry room! 3 kitchens: upstairs, downstairs and outside patio. Poker table, foosball table, shuffleboard table. Ceiling fans in every room. The best part was that with the 5 bedrooms and enormous indoor and outdoor spaces, we had plenty of room for introverts and extroverts to enjoy themselves. Thank you so much, Ann. I would rent your house again in a second! You provide an incredible value for the price.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this house over Memorial Day weekend. Everything about this house is perfect! The house was very clean, beds were incredibly comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The game room and the pool were a hit, especially with the kids. The views from the decks are absolutely stunning. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of towels and nice soaps and shampoos. This house truly has everything you could need for a fantastic getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

Eclipse viewing with old college friends

Fantastic venue for a gathering of 13 of our old Baylor friends to view a total solar eclipse. Ann was extremely helpful when we reserved the house 3 years in advance and she detailed all instructions and how to access the many amenities. The property exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed for a memorable reunion was provided. This beautiful home overlooks a unique rural view of the Texas Hill Country. With pool, hot tub, fire pit, balconies, kitchens, and game room it is the ideal place for a gathering of friends or families. It’s an outstanding property for a magical experience that is priceless!

Exactly as advertised!!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. Ann was wonderful to work with and very responsive (even when she was out of the country). The house was gorgeous, and everything was very clean and orderly. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we had all the trash bags, paper towels, etc. one could need. The pool and hot tub were great. We paid to have the pool heated (in February with colder temps outside), and the pool temp may have left a bit to be desired. It made the water warm enough to get in, but not warm enough to stay in for a long time. The hot tub worked incredibly well and heated up quickly. The location was great. Having the winery next door was fun and convenient, and a small town with restaurants and groceries 15 minutes away made everything easy. I'd recommend this property to anyone. It's what a VRBO property should strive to be. Thanks for a great experience Ann!

Wispering canyon property

This property was amazing! We stayed here for Christmas. Very kid friendly. Very spacious. Super clean and detailed. The view was incredible. If you looking to get a way this is the place to go. Mrs.Ann was very helpful and communicative will definitely book this property again in the future.

Perfect home for our 50th anniversary celebration!

I just can’t rave enough about this gorgeous home in the Texas hill country. The home was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and both the pool and game room provided lots of fun for all of us. The house provided space to be together as well as having room when we needed quiet time to relax. The furniture in the living room was extremely comfortable and we loved gathering there to visit each morning and evening. Because of this wonderful place, our 50th anniversary exceeded our wildest dreams. Thank you Ann for providing us with memories that will last the rest of our lives! Perfect Stay with Friends

It was a beautiful home and had plenty of space for a big group. We were a group of five families. The pool and hot tub overlooking nature were the best part of this stay. It was nice having the big JBL and Sonos portable speakers so we can have them playing outdoors. We also enjoyed the game room downstairs. There was a shuffleboard table, a poker/cards table and foosball. The house had pretty much everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals since we had a huge group. We got lucky next door at Flat Creek Winery. They were able to accommodate our whole party for dinner. Definitely would recommend coming here if you just want to relax with family and friends under one roof.
