Our beautiful Lake Powell vacation home is where you will want to spend your next vacation to the Page, Arizona / Lake Powell recreation area.

Located in a quiet, beautiful, peaceful community on the Utah/ Arizona border overlooking Lake Powell and a short 10 minute drive to the city center of Page, AZ.

Access to Lone Rock Beach and Wahweap marina are within minutes.
Enjoy the stunning views of Lake Powell while paddle boarding, kayaking, boating and just relaxing on the beach.

Everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay is here, including WiFi, central heating and air, laundry machines & a gas BBQ.
TV'S come equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime access - sure to please the whole family’s entertainment needs.
To add to the home’s well-equipped interior, the living area has new sofas and beautiful furniture. The spacious living area will quickly become your favorite place to relax after a long day of outdoor exploration and lake fun, featuring high ceilings and nice open windows framing panoramic views of Lake Powell's shimmering waters.
The large dining table provides room to enjoy games and family meals with your loved ones as the aroma of a delicious home cooked meal radiates from the open kitchen, which is complete with additional bar seating and all new appliances you’ll need to cook the best home cooked meals.

After eating dinner at the large dining table, head outside for a tranquil evening of storytelling and laughter on the porch, then enjoy the calmness of the area and dark skies as you gaze at the amazing sky.

Afterwards, head inside for a night of restful sleep in the nice “new” queen-sized beds offered in each of the three bedrooms, to re-energize for another exciting day in beautiful Lake Powell.

Wonderful time here

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The house was clean and had enough space for three families. It was close to all the attractions in Page. Kids loved the game room. Beautiful view of the lake and canyon. The host was easy to work with.

Very nice house

Overall our stay in this home was very nice. The house is in overall very good condition. We had everything we needed. The house was just as shown in the pictures with no big surprises. The location is about 10 minutes outside of Page, but it is very quiet and the darkness is great for star gazing. Beautiful view during the day. The only reason I did not give it five stars is the carpet in the bedrooms is a bit worn and could be upgraded. A new air conditioning unit (which worked very well) caused a small condensation leak in a downstairs bedroom ceiling. Not a big problem but a little distracting. This will likely be fixed for future visitors. Overall great house.

Beautiful, spacious home with spectacular views

My family felt right a home in this well-appointed, large house. We enjoyed the gorgeous views, while all of Page's amazing attractions were only a short drive away, such as Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. While there were only four of us, this home lends itself to large groups - I believe is sleeps 20! We highly recommend this property, and would stay there again when we return to Page, Arizona.

Excellent large family property!

Highly recommend this property for all large family groups. The owners are extremely resposive to questions and needs. The home sleeps a "crowd" comfortably and is very clean. The location to Page, hiking, and Lake Powell is amazing. The teens loved the ping pong table and pool table for nightime fun. The home was a nice, cool place to relax and sleep after days filled with lots of activity. We will definetly be back!

Great Place

Great rental property! Plenty of bedrooms, beds, and space. Our group of 13 had plenty of space with room to spare. The kitchen was stocked nicely with the utensils, dishes, and pans needed. Having two separate tables in the dining room was a plus that fit our whole group. The property is conveniently located close to wahweap marina and has a nice big driveway for multiple cars and our boat. We'll definitely stay here again!

wonderful stay

This was a great beautiful modern and clean home with ample amenities for our 14 member family reunion of 3 generations. The home is well equipped with plenty of kitchenware and appliances and extras like spices, bakeware etc. Ashley was very responsive through the VRBO app, text, and phone call before, during, and after our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, better than a hotel!!!

We cancelled our hotel stay for this VRBO. Best choice we made. This is a beautiful home with everything you need. Nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to downtown Page. We had a very minor issue when checking-in but within an hour the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend this home and would stay there again. Thank You

Excellent place for large family gathering

This was an excellent stay with plenty of bedrooms, beds, amenities and views. The hosts made us feel welcome and stayed in great communication. Wonderful neighborhood within a few minutes of Page and Lake Powell. Everyone in the party really appreciated the space available and cozy feeling. It was the perfect place to fit our family.
