This two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dryer. There is also a ping-pong table on the property. For families, a crib and high chair are provided.



The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (which can be heated for an extra fee), a garden, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a shared open terrace on the property.



Public transport links are within walking distance. One parking space is available on the premises. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The property has no interior steps and features energy-efficient lighting.
