  • Bienvenidos a nuestra villa frente al mar en San Pedro de Alcántara, Costa del Sol. Esta propiedad de 350 m² alberga hasta 10 huéspedes en 5 dormitorios en suite, distribuidos en 3 plantas con impresionantes vistas al mar.



    El mayor atractivo es el espacio exterior: piscina climatizada con valla de seguridad, ideal para familias con niños pequeños, rodeada de jardín con tumbonas, césped y barbacoa perfecta para disfrutar de largas veladas bajo el sol de Marbella. Varias terrazas ofrecen zonas de relax para todo el grupo.



    La villa tiene acceso privado directo a una playa natural de piedras, perfecta para un baño matutino tranquilo y alejado del bullicio. La zona es de carácter auténtico y natural, ideal para quienes buscan privacidad y contacto con la naturaleza. El paseo marítimo principal de San Pedro de Alcántara, con restaurantes, tiendas y cafeterías, está a unos 15 minutos caminando.



    Dentro, cada dormitorio cuenta con su propio baño privado. La villa dispone de aire acondicionado, Wi-Fi y lavadora-secadora combinada. Se proporcionan toallas y hay aparcamiento privado en la propiedad.



    Vuestro anfitrión es muy atento y estará encantado de recomendaros servicios locales, incluido chef privado para ocasiones especiales.

Just off the beach, a private home with space for everyone. We had a group ages 20-80 years old and everyone has their own room and bathroom, We loved the backyard, outdoor grill and all the terraces. Our host and caretaker were super responsive and made the stay very easy.

We (a group of 8 ladies) have had a wonderful five night stay in this gorgeous villa. There was so much room for us all, it was spotlessly clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The garden area is beautiful and private and the beach is literally over the road. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away and plenty of beautiful restaurants and bars a 15 minute walk away plus a couple on the beach next to the villa. Our host was exceptional at communication and incredibly helpful.He also recommended some fabulous restaurants to try plus an amazing, and very reasonably priced, private chef who catered for us one memorable evening!We highly recommend this wonderful home!

We used this villa for a girls holiday and it was perfect for everyone's needs. This was an amazing Villa in the perfect spot for the Beach and shops and Golf , lovely ealk approx

Pros: This was an amazing Villa in the perfect spot for the Beach and shops and Golf , lovely ealk approx 1 hour from the Villa to Puerto Banus where you can choose from many bars and restaurants and watch the world go by ! Mila and Santiago were really helpful leading up to our stay and during the stay, I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone with families or for men on a Golfing Holiday 👍 We hope to go back at some point Alan & Nicola, Faye & Shawn and Jessica & Finley xxx ❤️

We had a great relaxed holiday. Check in process slick and straight forward. Similarly check out process went with out a hitch. Property clean and tidy.

Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung und war sehr sauber. Ein paar Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein kleine Auffrischung würde guttun.

Pros: We are a group of grown-ups who go to Spain every year to have a good time together and relax. We have now been in this fantastic and wonderful house - everything is just in a very good shape. The house is very cosy and the swimmingpool is just perfect for a refreshing dip. From the undisturped backyard you have access directly to the beach and a couple of very nice bars/restaurants. All in all this have been a fantastic vacation. Wish we could stay for a couple more days.

Pros: This was our first visit to Spain.It was above and beyond our expectations. San Pedro / Marbella area is easy to navigate and beautiful as well. The villa was more than comfortable for the 4 of us, the decor was beautiful, and especially loved the modern, and plentiful bathrooms. The owners were more than helpful getting us situated, and very responsive to questions we had during our stay. We can not wait to return to Spain and this specific villa.

Pros: Mooie villa met een verwarmd zwembad tegen meerkosten. Dicht bij het strand. Porta Banus op loopafstand (45 min.) Omgeving rondom villa is wat slordig. Wij , groep van 10 personen (ouders, kinderen en kleinkinderen) hebben ontzettend genoten. Begeleiding van Michelle is prima.

Pros: The villa is in a perfect spot, close to town, without the traffic and noise, great restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beach. The villa was wonderful, had all we needed for a restful vacation. The owners are very responsive as we couldn't figure out the TV , they came and helped us with it. The grounds are beautifully, professionally maintained by a lovely gardener weekly, as well as the pool. This was our second visit to San Pedro, we just love the area and loved having the villa as our home base. Can't wait to visit again!!
