• The booking and payment of pool heating must be made in advance to ensure availability and proper temperature adjustment, and must be for a minimum of 7 days.
• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM (On request from 9PM on)
• Check-out is by 11 AM:
• Late Check out fee from 11 am until 1p.m: 100€ extra.
• Late Check out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

• Prices vary depending on the season.
• No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the property.
• Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm-10am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this residence.
• Please note that our property does not accommodate individuals or groups under the age of 30. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all our guests.
• Would greatly appreciate being informed as to your estimated time of arrival and flight number if you come by plane, when making an inquiry / reservation.
• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM (On request from 9PM on)


✧ PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES ✧

• Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 250
• Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
• Damage to keys set: € 50
• Smoke in the property: € 300
• The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 1000 will be deducted from the security deposit.
