Three bedrooms sleeping five: a double master with en-suite and its own terrace, a single with a second terrace, and a third double. Two bathrooms. New mattresses and good linen throughout, a detail worth stating, because it is the thing most often wrong in rentals at this price.

The living space is open plan with an induction kitchen and dishwasher, and floor-to-ceiling glass onto the main terrace.

Two things set the building apart: the two swimming pools are open all year, where most on this coast shut in September, and a private underground garage space comes with the apartment, which in August is worth more than it sounds. The urbanisation is gated with security.

Centro Plaza and its Saturday market are walkable, and Puerto Banús is five minutes by car, or a twenty-minute walk downhill, and a taxi back.
