The home offers multiple outdoor spaces, including a rooftop terrace, lounge terrace, and outdoor dining area — ideal for BBQ dinners, morning coffee, or warm evenings under the Marbella sky.

Guests have access to the entire townhouse, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, outdoor terraces and the private rooftop terrace.
The gated community’s shared swimming pool, children’s pool, playground and tropical garden areas are also available for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.
Private garage parking is included and suitable for a small to mid-size car.

We are available throughout your stay if needed, but otherwise, guests can enjoy the home privately and at their own pace.
