3. Care and Cleanliness: To keep the flat clean and tidy during the stay, as well as to follow the instructions for recycling and waste disposal, and to take out the rubbish at the time of departure or check out.
4. Rules of Coexistence: Respect the neighbours and avoid generating annoying noises, especially during rest times.
5. Use of Common Facilities: Follow the rules and timetables for the use of common facilities, such as swimming pools, gyms or recreation areas.
6. Pets: If pets are allowed, the rules of coexistence related to pets must be followed, such as keeping them under control and cleaning up after them.
7. Security: Take care of the security of the flat, such as locking doors and windows when leaving, and following the security instructions provided by the host.
8. Reporting Problems: Informing the host or manager of any problems or malfunctions in the flat so that they can be resolved in a timely manner.
