  • Our quiet holiday house is ideally suited for families and couples who want a typical Spanish environment to spend their holidays. The house has a patio that can be used throughout the year. In summer, the Mediterranean vegetation provides shade,, in winter the sun shines in all day long! The living and dining area is comfortably furnished, has satellite TV, wifi, and a fireplace for cozy winter evenings. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher and all modern kitchen appliances. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and bathrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom. On the second floor there is a protected roof terrace with stunning sea views. A wonderful place for an extended siesta! All rooms face south, so that light and heat come into the house. The spacious garden has a large swimming pool with pools of different depths. Your children will want to spend the entire day the!

Port esportiu de Marbella i Port esportiu José Banús són dues opcions excel·lents si busques unes vacances actives; per submergir-te en la natura, no hi ha res com Platja de Puerto Banús. Per gaudir d'una nit diferent, pren nota: Auditori Marbella és una molt bona opció. Si viatges amb nens, porta'ls a Platja d'El Pinillo. This was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. Our hosts were very helpful and welcoming. They clearly put a lot of time & effort in to maintain a high standard and we appreciated that. The house is very well equipped and ideal for sunbathing on the roof terrace and pool or relaxing and eating outdors in the shade of the coutyard. We hope to visit again.

Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

The property is very clean, well maintained, nicely decorated and comfortable. The entrance courtyard has beautiful plants and flowers and the terrace offers a beautiful view of the mediterranean and surrounding mountains. The pool in the centre of the common area is very nice and would be perfect in warm weather. It was too early in the season for us to use. This property is best for a couple or a couple and two children. It is well located and close to a grocery store, large shopping centre, bus station and local bus stop. It is a 15 minute bus ride to the water front and Old Town. Tanja and Miguel are excellent hosts and went out of their way to be helpful. Renting a car allowed us to explore the beautiful countryside and villages and cities nearby. Driving is certainly more challenging then we are use to with the roundabouts and number of cars, buses and scooters plus winding mountain and narrow roads but we adapted. Spain is a beautiful country and the food is fantastic!

Ich habe schöne 10 Tage in Marbella verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es wird vieles kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, sehr angenehm wenn man im Flieger anreist. Die Zimmer liegen zum Hof/Garten mit Poolbereich der zum Abkühlen einlädt.Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes kleines Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet mit comfortabel ausgestattet!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite und gut erreichbare Eigentümer. Kurze Wege zum Supermarkt und Bäcker- 10 min zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Maison très confortable et fonctionnelle, totalement conforme à l'annonce et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le propriétaire nous réservé un accueil très chaleureux et nous a donné de bons conseils et adresses pour les visites et restaurants à proximité. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Fantastische en sfeervolle vakantiewoning

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. De vakantiewoning is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is gelegen op een rustige locatie; onze kinderen genoten van het ruime zwembad. Communicatie met Miguel en Tanja was prima! Ze hadden tips over de omgeving en voor leuke restaurantjes en winkels. Aanrader!

We cannot say enough about how special our time was at calle don Jose Alcala. Everything was wonderful especially the warmth and hospitality of Tanja and Miguel. We are already planning to return next year!

Nice town house in a quiet area

Everything you need plus a sun terrace on the roof. 25 minute walk to the old town of Marbella or a 1.40 euro bus ride. Recommended

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay here. The villa is cozy and comfortable- we felt so at home here. It was spacious enough for two adults and two teens. The views were lovely and we loved the garden and pool. Our hosts were so gracious and gave us some great recommendations. We really enjoyed the location and were able to either take the bus, walk, or drive to Old Town or the beach areas. Marbella is beautiful and it was also easy to get around (with a rental car) to visit other places- such as Tarifa and Seville. A wonderful trip! Thank you so much, Miguel and Tanja!

Marbella House

This is a beautiful, well appointed and cozy house in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is just as attractive in real as the photos on the Vrbo website depict. The hosts, Tanja and Miguel, are amazing people - kind, thoughtful and supportive. We could not have been more happy with our choice for this five week vacation. We certainly hope to come back here some day..

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in dem schönen Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, was ein Urlauber so braucht. Zwei moderne Bäder, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, die sonnige Dachterrasse, ein schön bepflanzter Patio. Man kann in ca. 30 min bequem in die Altstadt laufen. Wir danken den sympathischen Vermietern, Tanja und Miguel, für den gelungenen Aufenthalt und empfehlen das Ferienhaus gerne weiter.

Fantastic stay - all was super

We had a wonderfull time. Everything fit the description. Clean House and the court yard with all the flowers was so cozy and cool. Breakfast there and Rooftop dinner. Miguel and Tanja went above and beyond with Travel tips and made us feel welcome. We recomend this house warmly.

Très belle expérience

Toute la famille nous a cordialement accueillis. La maison est très agréable, les équipements très complets et plusieurs extras grandement appréciés. Grand Mercado à proximité offrant une grande variété de produits. Un peu loin du centre-ville à pied, mais bon accès en autobus.Stationnement facile devant la maison. Merci beaucoup.

Vacaciones para repetir

La casa es todavía más bonita que en las fotos , súper limpia y con todas las comodidades , la comunidad es muy tranquila y las piscinas están muy bien y con poca gente , la ubicación muy cerca del centro de Marbella , pero a la vez en una zona tranquila , se puede aparcar perfectamente delante de la casa .Tanto Tanja y Miguel , como su hijo son unos anfitriones increíbles , pura amabilidad, da gusto como te acogen y lo tienen todo preparado para que la estancia sea lo más cómoda posible . Repetiremos sin duda .

Sunshine and relaxation in Marbella

We stayed at this villa from October 1-7 2024. Tanja and Miguel could not have been more welcoming or gracious. The property is fantastic. It is equipped with everything you might need. It is comfortable and beautiful. I hated to leave it, honestly. We could have happily stayed much longer if I didn't have to go back to work! Moreover, the weather gods smiled on us and it was hot and sunny every day. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
