• Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood, and quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this residence.

• The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during
the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 1000 will be deducted from the security deposit.
