The setting is magical, the feeling of tranquility, calm and peace, and the sound of the waves lapping below is pure bliss, and a total recharge of both body, mind and soul. At night, sitting outside, looking at the stars, the moon and often The Mount lit up, feels surreal and so special, creating memories to cherish forever.

Sea Watch is beachfront, and has unobstructed spectacular sea views to St. Michael’s Mount - aka The Mount, the beach and far reaching views over Mounts Bay – recently voted one of the most beautiful bays in the world and a UNESCO world heritage site. The views continue towards the Lizard peninsular, in one direction and Penzance, Newlyn to Mousehole the other way, seen from both inside, through the picture windows and outside on the various seating and lounging areas on the patio.

Finished to the highest specification and fully loaded with quality appliances, full size fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, cooker, microwave, hot drinks machine and more. New bathroom with shower cubicle, 65 inch LG Smart TV, SKY HD with full sports and movie package, SKY high speed Wi-Fi through out, Bose IPod docking station with in excess of 1200 albums, Roberts internet radio and a luxury 5ft kingsize 4 poster bed and seperate dressing room.

Plenty of space with individual living room, dining room and quality fitted kitchen, the whole house, which is elevated directly above the beach, revolves around the stunning position, looking directly at the iconic St Michael’s Mount and surrounding vistas.

Includes parking in the garage directly behind Sea Watch. This is easily accessed in an open area, off the road, in the centre of Marazion.

What an absolutely charming, perfect holiday rental! We arrived after a long drive to find an immaculate property with an incredible view of St. Michael's Mount. The owners had left us a fantastic array of provisions, a bottle of wine and a lovely welcome note. Such an amazing welcome-pack of delectable food! It was great to have the makings of breakfast so we didn't have to rush off to the shops upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the tea/coffee station by the bedroom window. Loads of closet space and drawers and hangers for unpacking! We ate breakfast every day in the sweet little dining room facing the sea. The lounge was very cozy with a big TV perfect for watching movies, and of course there was always the gorgeous view out the large picture window. The shower was strong and hot, and I appreciated having a washing machine. The kitchen was so well-equipped! But beyond all the fabulous amenities, we were so impressed with the helpfulness and kindness of the hosts, who gave us lots of suggestions on things to do and places to eat The outdoor patio area overlooking the water was amazing, with very comfy lounge chairs. Seawatch is close to all amenities, and just steps from the beach. Garage to park our rental car in which was very handy. My only "complaint" is that I would happily have spent another week there, but sadly we had to fly home. We've stayed at many places around the world but this is one of our very favs!

Our stay was amazing. Our host made contact early, checked in with us for arrival and needs, supplied an amazing welcome basket…the warm scones - what a treat! There were many little considerations, to make our stay more pleasurable, as well as a clearly outlined ‘Welcome Book’ giving a huge amount of information. This apartment is well placed for local activities, some retail therapy and pubs with good service and meals. Larger retail shops, including Tesco, are just a couple of miles away.Onsite parking was perfect for mid size SUVs and smaller vehicles.We would definitely revisit if travelling this way again, you will NOT be disappointed!

A real gem of a place. The views are truly unrivaled. Myself and my husband recently got married and this was the place we chose to stay after the wedding and we were so pleased we did. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Sea Watch!. Uns erwartete eine blitzsaubere, sehr komfortable Wohnung mit bequemen Betten, einer voll umfänglichen Küchenausstattung, großem TV und einer traumhaften Dachterrasse direkt am Meer und mit Blick auf St. Mount Michaels. Die Gastgeber stellten uns hochwertige Produkte wie Prosecco, Cornish Cream Tea, Schinken, Käse u.v.m. als Willkommenspaket hin. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und entspricht in allem dem Internetauftritt.

Location was perfect view amazingSue was lovely very helpful, good communication, left really helpful supplies and goodies for our arrival. The property was spotless everything we needed for our stay although some things could be improved outside area was very tired ( garden furniture and dead plants, parasol etc) The property is on two levels but wasn’t stated on booking details, bedroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs, not an issue for able body people but I really struggled as mobility poor and that is the only negitive. But loved our holiday.

Comfortable with amazing view

We stayed 5 nights at Sea Watch and were very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The wonderful view of St. Michael’s Mount and having a car park were definitely a major bonus. Would stay again and also recommend to others.

Just brilliant!

This place is fantastic. It has so much going for it. Firstly, the location. Right on the waterfront with unparalleled views of St Michael’s Mount. And right in the centre of the town, 30 seconds walk to the beach, the shop, the pub and the pasty shop. Secondly it is a very comfortable and well equipped house. The furnishing and decor are lovely, the kitchen has everything you need and more. Sue was a lovely host. She checked in regularly and left so many treats! I will definitely return.

Fantastic

What an absolutely stunning cottage with incredible views from every window. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. Lovely patio area with 2 Sun loungers, a dining set and it’s a real sun trap. There’s a garage which is great as no parking around the property apart from the public payable car-parks. Our Toyota CHR fitted in absolutely fine with room to spare front and back. Sue was a fantastic host from start to finish. Left us a home-cooked meal in the fridge on arrival and lots of goodies and then surprised us with an anniversary gift and card on our last day. Marazion is a fantastic place to stay with lots to see in the surrounding areas. Some lovely shops and art galleries and 2 really nice pubs in the village. If you’re thinking of staying here - don’t hesitate - it’s amazing.

Beautiful!

Such an amazing view! The property is gorgeous, very comfortable, clean, has everything you need and in an ideal spot. Great to relax and take in the view, but also many places to explore close by. Brilliant hosts. Very helpful and very welcoming. Would definitely book again.

Amazing property, great host, stunning views!

We booked this property for our honeymoon and had the most amazing 10 days there. Sue was so thoughtful and kind - making dinner for us the first evening we arrived plus lots of treats for our honeymoon which were so appreciated. The house itself is beautifully decorated with the most stunning views of the sea and Michael’s mount. Marazion is a lovely little village with good restaurants , shops and a nice beach. It is easy to get to other parts of Cornwall using the bus. So happy we chose to stay at Sea Watch, it made our honeymoon extra special!!

Wonderful week in Sea Watch

We spent a week in Sea Watch and felt extremely comfortable. Sue welcomed us more than warmly when we arrived, we found her to be a very attentive host. The apartment (two levels) is located right on the water and offers a fantastic view of St. Michael's Mount from every room, there is a large terrace, fully equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. On the entrance level there is a bedroom and a dressing room with plenty of storage space. The lower level consists of a living room and separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired, and a very nice, spacious bathroom. Everything looks new and well maintained. Another advantage is the private garage in front of the door, as parking spaces in Marazion are scarce and expensive. The garage is a bit tight, but we recommend a small car for trips in Cornwall anyway, as the roads are very narrow. Restaurants, small shops and especially "Philp's Famous Pasties" are literally around the corner, but the accommodation is still absolutely quiet. Marazion is the best starting point for exploring the south-western end of Cornwall, and Sue is happy to give insider tips. Absolutely recommended!
